★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had a simple shepherd that that off of her lead and got hit by a car right hip brought her to Brooke County animal Hospital and you’re all staff was second to none Dr. Cooper great job. He gave me my options and we chose to put her down, the pricing was a whole lot less than what I thought. It’s the biggest thing is the loving respect that your staff gave to my dog. I appreciate you more than I can say and I’ll recommend you to any place in the world y’all have a good day thank you
September 27 · John LittleI have been a customer of koper for 14 years. That’s how old our yorkie terrier was. He is out for surgery now and we called Saturday with an emergency and was told we can’t be seen by attending vet. Our dog was getting worse so we took him up there and was told we could leave him for the rest of the weekend. HE WAS GETTING WORSE. SO NO WE WAS NOT LEAVING HIM. We called another vet and they recommended taking him to bowling green. Which we did and spent over $2000 but it was too late for our little baby. Money was nothing. He would have spent more to keep him with us but we couldn’t help after the seizures started. Thanks for the lack of compassion, and not taking 2 minutes of your time to help. I heard you have already lost half your business. And I read my neighbor was treated the same way yesterday. Two dogs in 3 days from down the road apart have died because you are to busy and want to leave work. Guess you will eventually loose the other half of your customers the hard way.
October 08 · Stephanie HawksMy boyfriend and I just got a 5-month-old puppy(Bear).. He had never been seen by them or had any of his shots so we took him here because it's down the road from us.They were very good. Very polite and not bad priced.
August 04 · Chasity MillerI put 5 stars so my review wouldn’t be at the bottom, I’ve had too many bad experiences here to recommend anybody go here. I don’t know if they treat certain people better or what but I’ve taken multiple of my animals to central city animal hospital , some of the people that work there are nice and some are not nice at all and frankly rude and seems like they don’t like their job , I told the vets it was an emergency they continued to say that they would have to wait until the next day to look at my cat , I told them multiple things we found wrong with him including a limping leg and they didn’t even do x-rays , had to keep the cat there for over a week , took it home with antibiotics and had to bring him straight back and then he died at the vets office . Not the only bad experience one of my other cats had the same symptoms and ended up dying the day after we dropped him off . One of my other cats had a big open wound/hole in the side of his neck , gave him a cream and it did absolutely nothing . I’ve lost so many animals and probably not totally due to the vets office but I would say somewhat to due with not getting animals checked soon enough and not being careful .
March 24 · carlieI am so grateful for this vet office. They helped me find out what was wrong with my kitty cat and did everything the could to get him back on his feet. They kept him over the weekend and gave him tests and meds and the cost was still under 200$. They are awesome and I recommend them.
