★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have taken my cat to this facility for a few years now. The absolute best thing about this clinic is Nicole. She is so personable and caring. Often when I call, she remembers who I am with very little prompting. And I do not call often. Maybe 2 times a year to schedule appointments or if he is ill. She is the shining star of this office and I cannot speak enough positive things about her. To be clear, the other techs are phenomenal as well!! She has just always stuck out in my experience there. The only reason I am rating 4/5 is because the vet moves very quickly and on several occasions has interrupted me or spoken over me. HOWEVER, I do not think he is rude or disinterested. I work in the medical field (for humans lol) and know that some of the best doctors often know exactly what you are trying to say before you even finish the thought. I feel like this might be the case for this vet because even though he interrupts or talks over me, he is usually spot on with what I was going to say. Sometimes it just feels not so great to be talked over. The vet is also SO good with my cat who has high anxiety. He is gentle and you can see his love for animals in general. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a small clinic with caring staff and a knowledgeable vet.
December 21 · Kyndal GreigI went to this place for a senior wellness plan towards the end of the summer. My dog was turning 13 and I need help managing his healthcare. During check-in, the receptionist argued me down about just euthanizing my animal instead (in front of my daughter). My pet passed away Monday. I wish I had gone somewhere else instead
November 30 · Sade JohnHad an emergency & no car so went here with dying kitten. They told me they didn't have time to save her; please leave. HORRIFIC SERVICE
June 27 · Wendy ShortAbsolutely awesome people. I brought a pregnant cat to be spayed into the office and they were straight up and honest without being pushy about getting vaccinated right away or not because they were not able to get her into surgery before the kittens were born. This will now be our new vet. I can't say enough how great they were
August 26 · Nick HarrittThis place is so over priced it is rediculous. They told me there was a 4 hour wait list! What?! Said i had to wait in a lil room the wholetime. I couldnt wait in my car. Then i told them i thought my pup may have parvo and suddenly i could wait in my car but had to stay out there and wait.up to 4 hours. The where all really pretty rude and not considerate at all for my emergency. Isnt this a ER for animals??! . The doctor was very short and didnt seem to be passionate in his proffession. . But they told me if i didnt do this 400 dollar treament of fluids every 12 hours my puppy would die.I did one treatment and they said if i didnt come back in 12 hours my pup would surely just die. I was floored and i paid their crazy 500 dollar price. And left and went hone and force fed my puppy a lot of fluid and lots of love . And he is perfect now. So everything they told me was a lie. I just couldnt let himdehydrate. They r liars. And i dint believe they r even animal lovers. These animals are our family so get it together u unproffesional supposed proffesionals!
