★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I''ve been using Dr. Peppin for 6 years and I absolutely no complaints about the care she gives my weimardoodle. She has always taken the time to call me and explain any and everything I need to know after Yogi's visits. I really hate to see her retire. I'll definitely miss her although she has a young man in there shadowing her throughout his schooling to take over her practice when she retires and I have to say she is training him quite well! I'll stay for as long as I own a pet. The prices can't be beat and they truly are THE BEST! Thank you Crosscreek Housecall staff members as well. Such a great bunch of people to deal with.
September 16 · Penny DensfordThey are THE BEST! Dr. Pepin's treatment for my dog's long-term skin problem probably saved his life. We had suffered through his misery for almost 5 years, with one vet suggesting we consider his "quality of life." Not saying this treatment is right for every dog, BUT it was for ours. The staff there are also amazing, with Alex in particular running all day, yet remaining compassionate and professional. Kudos for such great staff.
July 11 · lindaldotsonIt's not your normal setup but it is an amazing place. I took two of my cats that have cancer in their mouth and one cat that has gingivitis stomatis. They have been getting treatments at another vet that is a far drive so I was recommended to this place. they got me in really fast they told me it would be a week before I got the blood work back on one of my felines but it only took 2 days. So far. I like what I seen and I will definitely be going back. Also, the prices are much lower than anyone else
October 09 · Johnna RosenDr Pepin and all her staff are great. Kind and compassionate yet very professional and knowledgeable. They are the most reasonable in price that you will ever find. Usually, same day appointment if you’re concerned about your pet.
October 02 · Lisa TrudeauThe best vet experience I’ve ever had. It’s a bit unique in that you don’t go in with your pet, but the staff is incredibly kind and professional. After Dr. Pepin examined and vaccinated our dog, she came out to explain everything in detail. She was very informative, and it was clear her exam was thorough. The prices are also much more reasonable than other vets in the area, yet the level of care and detail in the report we received was far superior. I honestly can’t imagine taking our pets anywhere else.
