★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It is too bad that ratings only go to a 5. We would rate Eyeshine Veterinary a 10!!! We recently took our poodle to Eyeshine Veterinary for a second opinion, after we were told that he would have to have his eye surgically removed. Prior to this first visit, we were unaware that there even was a specialty for animal ophthamology. Wow! Our ophthamologist was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. Her support team were all great. We were so impressed with the facility, the team approach to patient care, the time they took with us, and the plan going forward. Bottom line - EYE SAVED!!! We definitely recommend Eyeshine Veterinary!
September 22 · Leslie SteffesJust took our younger Australian Shepherd to Eyeshine today. We received the same outstanding service as with our other Aussie back in May. Dr. Reed and her staff provide the best experience for dogs from initially walking in the door through diagnosis and treatment. Once again, a complete explanation. Eyeshine gets my highest recommendation.
October 09 · Jeffrey BrookeDr.Reed and her team were great. The waiting room was nicely decorated.Feels like we were in someone's living room,Dr.Reed was able to explain my dog's eye condition using an ipad which is easier to understand than difficult medical terms.Instead of worrying about his eye condition,I made a good decision.Piece of mind is worth a million. .Thank you Dr.Reed.
October 07 · hiroko gattrellDr Reed and her team are amazing. I was able to quickly get an appointment. They did require a deposit at the time we scheduled, as i expected from other experience with other specialists, it was a portion of the exam fee and was applied to my fees today when we checked out.Smooth check-in process with my forms available online to complete before arriving. The front staff was welcoming and we were quickly roomed by one of the nurses.Reba and Kara were great with my puppy and made sure he stayed stress free and happy the whole visit.Dr Reed was great, she explained in depth what's going on with Gary's eye and we came up with a game plan for monitoring his condition as he grows. I love how detailed she explained everything and zero pressure to try medications or procedures that he doesn't need at this time.Thank you to the entire team for a smooth, stress free visit.
August 01 · Christina FraserBeen taking my best friend here for years to get help with his detached retina issues. They are a great team to work with everyone is so caring and sweet! Dr Zoe Reed is very intelligent and kind! She always has the proper care available and I am so thankful for her providing the relief my dog needs when recently they recommend we start using eye drops for inflammation he began experiencing. Thanks for all you do at eyeshine vet!!
