★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Very warm and welcoming staff. Dr. Black was wonderful with my sick cat. She showed so much compassion and took so much time answering our questions and concerns. I think every employee there loves what they do!
October 11 · Lori BomkampThe staff are all very compassionate and caring. Even though our sweet boy transitioned there it's a really good place. Despite being a low income based provider you're treated with dignity and respect. I highly recommend this office and all services offered. You don't have to be afraid to take care of your babies due to income. I'll be forever grateful for places like this. Thank you dearly Pets In NEED of Greater Cincinnati 🩷
August 07 · Christine AllbrightI have been waiting on a return call from the practice manager for a month. I have called 5 times and she has yet to return my call. I have even left voicemails on her phone directly. It’s ridiculous to me that someone would be a month behind on phone calls, that suggests to me that somebody is not doing their job the way they should be. At this point I want to speak to whomever is above everyone in this facility. The black lady always got an attitude like she hates being there, I don’t know which white lady it was but when I brought my dog in the second time she was vaping at the front desk. They change policies often and without letting existing dog parents know. Which is why I am still waiting on a call back to this day. I had to pay upfront to get my dog scheduled initially, and my nephpup is also on my profile as myself and mom are splitting the responsibility for him, and these folks want to charge me to schedule both dogs on the same day and the practice manager isnt doing anything to inform me on when this policy took place and how that makes any sense. So since she can’t or is choosing not to tell me I’m going to look into who I can speak to above the practice employees regarding the concerns I have.
October 06 · Tatijhana BealPets in Need is amazing. The staff is super kind and helpful. They’ve taken care of everything we’ve needed. When we had to make the decision to euthanize our cat they were the most sympathetic and caring people ever. They got us an appointment right away to see her and walked us through every step. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to take care of our fur babies.
August 04 · Ashley Alexander“I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the love and care you gave my dog “Fiona”. Your professionalism and tenderness made her final moments all the sweeter. I was also deeply moved by the condolence card you sent me amd her paws prints , It was a thoughtful gesture that eased my pain. May God bless you for being the hands and hearts of our furry friends.”
