Veterinarian, Animal hospital ★4.0

3401 Alamo Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45209, USA

This place is the worst vet in Cincinnati. Total rip off. Do not sign up for the pet insurance. They overcharge and still make you pay the balance for any services and most services are not covered. We paid over $170 a month for two dogs and every time we took them in they needed something that wasn't covered in the plan. They overcharge you for any services they do and send you a bill for the balance. If there's any concern they make you call a 1 800 number and talk to someone in a different country. The Vets here also play into the worst case with your pets. Saying they need something crazy expensive and actually they don't. Highly recommend taking your pets anywhere else than this horrible place. All they care about is money and not your pet. They hire only rude employees and very impersonal staff. - Charles Caudill
