★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This place is the worst vet in Cincinnati. Total rip off. Do not sign up for the pet insurance. They overcharge and still make you pay the balance for any services and most services are not covered. We paid over $170 a month for two dogs and every time we took them in they needed something that wasn't covered in the plan. They overcharge you for any services they do and send you a bill for the balance. If there's any concern they make you call a 1 800 number and talk to someone in a different country. The Vets here also play into the worst case with your pets. Saying they need something crazy expensive and actually they don't. Highly recommend taking your pets anywhere else than this horrible place. All they care about is money and not your pet. They hire only rude employees and very impersonal staff.
August 20 · Charles CaudillBabie spent a few days at the Pet Hotel and loved it. I was very pleased with the service and the cost and would greatly recommend them to everyone. My baby was pampered and very well taken care of.Sincerely,Deborah A Lewis
September 16 · Deborah LewisThe ladies that work here (Hyde park location) are too nice not to review!A few months ago I had to bring my dog in last minute on account of my dog having sprained her tail. The veterinarian, tech, and other staff were the most kind to me and my dog. My dog has severe vet anxiety and it is be challenging going to the vet. The staff took their time with her, were super understanding, and ended up making it a very positive experience for me and my dog. I can’t remember the name of the doctor, but she was so great!! I think the vet tech’s name was Tiara, and she was amazing as well. Great experience and first visit was free!
May 27 · Anna-Faith ElliottThey are very caring and it shows ad soon as you arrive. You can sense that they administer care as though your pet is theirs. Continue doing what you're doing because it works and is appreciated.
June 26 · Christine WhiteheadI called to get my cat’s vaccination records - she’s 16 going on 17 & we haven’t been to this location in around 9 years. Not only do they only have records for her last visit for a UTI check but the only thing they say she’s due for is another UTI check? Weird because they have 0 vaccinations she’s due for - including rabies - even though she hasn’t seen them & they don’t have current vet records. Also, their tech Allison who answered the phone was incredibly rude & unprofessional. I understand being frustrated with life and/or work as a therapist who has also worked in many other fields, and a human being with many life complications including having a father currently dying from stage 4 cancer, but I don’t understand taking that frustration out on others, particularly in a professional setting and when they are merely trying to understand the way the records work to help their “child” & their well-being. I would not recommend. Used to be a good facility but now it seems they just price gouge, they’re unprofessional & they don’t even maintain medical records for visits to coordinate care in or out of house.
