The clinic’s philosophy revolves around building a strong relationship with pet parents, recognizing the deep bond between humans and animals. This commitment is evident in their wide array of services, which span from essential preventive care to highly specialized diagnostics and surgery. They aim to be a progressive practice, continually pushing the boundaries of available veterinary medicine and utilizing the latest medical technology to achieve accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
One of the many positive attributes frequently highlighted by local clients is the warm and compassionate nature of the staff. Many pet parents have shared appreciation for the kindness and professionalism of the veterinary team, with one customer stating they are a “great group of people here! They really seem to care and are all so nice!” This focus on a friendly, welcoming environment ensures that both nervous pets and their owners feel comfortable during visits for everything from routine checkups to specialized treatments like dental procedures. The clinic successfully handled a dental procedure for an 11-year-old chihuahua, with the owner happily reporting, “it went so well, he's already doing great!”
It is important to note that while the clinic strives to provide compassionate care across all services, including end-of-life decisions, public feedback regarding highly sensitive procedures can be varied. The clinic offers dedicated End-of-Life Care to help pet parents through these difficult decisions. However, clients facing this choice are encouraged to discuss all aspects of the procedure, including medication protocols and the timeline, directly with the attending veterinarian to ensure the experience aligns with their expectations and needs during a critical time. For all visits, whether routine or complex, the clinic model focuses on scheduled service, meaning appointments are highly recommended, and sometimes required, for on-site services.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Such a great group of people here! They really seem to care and are all so nice! My 11 year old chihuahua Jace had a dental yesterday and it went so well, he's already doing great! So happy I decided to bring my baby here :)
August 21 · Nicole ReidDo not recommend. Horribly cruel experience with euthanizing our dog. Too cheap to give her the proper amount of drugs, making our sweet pup and us suffer for over 1.5 hours while she was in pain and distress until she finally crossed. We've had several dogs, and never has the already difficult event been handled so incompetently and inhumanely.
September 12 · Andrea NicholasThe staff are knowledgeable and caring with all my pets. They are upfront about costs. My only negative is the knew scheduling system for appointments. It is difficult to use, and seems like an unnecessary step as you end uo talking with the office staff before it's over anyway.
September 01 · Margaret ScottWe have been taking our fur babies to Kingen veterinary clinic for many years. They have always been amazing. They have helped us welcome new pet's and say goodbye to a few. We have always received nothing but kindness and understanding from all the amazing people there. I wouldnt trust anyone but them.
March 17 · Pamela EricksonI just moved here less than a week ago from Illinois and I have a senior golden retriever with a bad eye infection. She wouldn’t even take five minutes to see my dog. Very uncaring.
