★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My daughter, her boyfriend, and I took our Shiba Inu’s here and were absolutely blown away by how well Sake & Soba were cared for. They were difficult pups for our vet in Okinawa Japan and I was very worried they might bite someone at the vet (why 3 of us took them).I had NOTHING to fear. Both the vet and his assistant are used to managing difficult patients like our two. The cost was what we expected and the facilities are very clean. Sake & Soba will be regular patients trusted to Dr. Rosings & his team of exceptional pet care. Thank you!
May 19 · Leah TurnerI’ve been taking my dogs here for many years now. From puppies to seniors.I have never had anything negative to say in regards to the treatment for my pups. We really like Dr .Rosing. I’ve noticed some negative reviews about him personally , and i just don’t agree!I actually appreciate his to the point demeanor and as long as he’s kind to my dogs , treating them well & doing right by them that’s all i can ask for in a vet!My newest boy is cautiously curious of new people and at his first visit with Dr. Rosling it took a few minutes for him to sniff and act terrified before he got back to licking and whipping everything within reach of his happy tail . The Dr was respectful of his process , not frustrated , and again , it doesn’t go unappreciated . We remain big fans of this veterinarian and staff.Luca & Reign thank you!
March 28 · Danielle SimpsonThis used to be an amazing place to take your pet. We loved the doctors and the care was affordable. Since they have grown the care has become subpar and even after being clients of 10 years they can’t get us in when our pets need support. I even had the office manager ask me where I sought out urgent care support for my animal, when they couldn’t get me in, so they could “use it for other clients”.. I am tremendously disappointed in how they have changed, and even when attempting to advocate for my pet, the office staff often gives an attitude, hangs up on you or makes excuses for why your pet can’t get the help it needs.Update: I know that the office staff will say that I was the problem. However, after reading a lot of the reviews similar to mine, I am seeing a pattern of challenges and concerns regarding how clients are treated. The most upsetting part was how I was told the office manager would be calling me back to discuss my case, and when I called her back after not hearing from her, I was met with hostility and told I was the problem. I was then told that the practice owner said that he would NOT allow me to make an appointment again for any of my pets, until I "removed my review". Refusing care to all of my pets until their ultimatum was met. This is very disappointing after getting care there for as long as we have. Silver lining is I called another facility that was able to get me in same day so my dog no longer had to suffer, and we could get his infection under control. Plus, this new facility was able to get his procedure done the same week, so he is now on the mend! All of my pets will be moving care to this new facility.
June 23 · Ariel HarveyGreat people and a great place. All the Doctors and staff know their stuff and really watch out for your pets! Could not be happier with them. Been going there about 8 years now.
June 25 · James SheltonI'm honestly baffled by the over 4 star review for this place. Unless you want to go to another vet 3 days after being seen at Miamitown, I would seriously encourage not taking your dog here.**edited to add - I now know why they have the 4 star review. They call whoever they think posted the 1 star and request that it's removed. Our dog couldn't have been saved even if the vet here did what they needed to do but they could have saved us from rushing her to an emergency vet at 2am. If Miamitown had done an X Ray, they would have seen the poor dogs intestines were twisted. Instead they prescribed allergy meds and sent us on our way. This is the 3rd terrible experience our family has had here. All 3 times our dogs were misdiagnosed.
