Spay Neuter Clinic: Glendale Introduce
For pet owners in the greater Phoenix area, especially in the West Valley and Glendale, providing essential, high-quality veterinary care doesn't have to break the bank. The Spay Neuter Clinic: Glendale is a dedicated veterinary facility that prioritizes affordability, making crucial procedures like sterilization and preventative medicine accessible to the local Arizona community. Their mission is clearly focused on addressing pet overpopulation while ensuring every cat and dog has access to core wellness services.
This clinic operates as a high-volume, low-cost provider, which allows them to offer surgical procedures and common wellness items at significantly reduced rates compared to many full-service veterinary hospitals. As noted by one local user, the cost savings can be substantial—a cat neuter performed for $61 compared to private practice estimates of $500 or $600. This model has positioned the clinic as a vital resource for budget-conscious pet parents, rescuers, and anyone committed to responsible pet ownership in Arizona.
Beyond the financial benefit, the clinic is highly praised by customers for the exceptional compassion and supportive nature of its staff. Dealing with a pet's surgery can be stressful, and reports frequently highlight the team’s patience, empathy, and willingness to answer a "million questions." One extraordinary review even detailed a veterinarian comping the cost of antibiotics and a sedative for a mild post-operative infection when the owner could not afford the medication, showcasing a deep commitment to the animals' well-being over profit. This type of genuine care reinforces the clinic’s standing as a trustworthy choice.
However, the high demand and low-cost structure mean that the clinic operates under a structured schedule. While appointments are recommended for surgery, and are generally required, the clinic also offers same-day, walk-in vaccine services on a first-come, first-served basis, which can lead to lengthy wait times, sometimes up to two hours, especially if you arrive slightly after the early morning check-in period. Pet owners should plan accordingly and aim to arrive very early to manage expectations for non-surgical services.
The Spay Neuter Clinic: Glendale is conveniently situated in a commercial hub, making it accessible to residents across Glendale and surrounding West Valley communities. Its location is strategically placed to serve the diverse pet-owning population that relies on low-cost options.
The facility can be found at:
5122 N 95th Ave Suite A-130, Glendale, AZ 85305, USA

- Wheelchair accessible entrance for easy access for all clients.
- Wheelchair accessible parking lot, ensuring convenient parking near the entrance.
- The clinic focuses on onsite services, requiring the physical presence of pets for all procedures and vaccinations.
- Appointments are strongly recommended for spay and neuter surgeries and certain dental work, while routine vaccinations may be available on a structured walk-in basis.
While the name emphasizes sterilization, Spay Neuter Clinic: Glendale provides a focused range of veterinary services that constitute essential preventive and routine care for cats and dogs. The clinic specializes in high-volume, standardized procedures to maintain low costs.
A comprehensive look at the available services includes:
- Spay And Neuter Surgeries (Neuter Cat / Spay Dog), which are the core services provided at a deeply discounted rate.

The model of the Spay Neuter Clinic offers a unique blend of mission-driven service and pragmatic affordability that makes it stand out as a valuable community resource.
The primary highlights of choosing this Glendale clinic include:
- Unmatched Low-Cost Sterilization: The clinic's commitment to high-volume spay and neuter allows them to offer the procedure at one of the best prices in the region, dramatically reducing the financial barrier to responsible pet ownership.
- Compassionate and Supportive Staff: Customer reviews consistently praise the team's patience and empathy, particularly toward first-time surgery anxiety and in financially challenging situations, including providing comped medication when needed.
- Dedicated Pain Management: The clinic emphasizes Pain Management and ensures patients receive necessary post-operative care, with one of the resident doctors noted as a member of the International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management.
- Accessible Preventive Care: By offering Pet Vaccines, Fecal Testing, and Microchip services at low costs alongside surgery, the clinic makes the full spectrum of core preventative health measures affordable and achievable.
- Walk-In Vaccine Clinics: The availability of specific days, often Fridays, for walk-in vaccinations (though with potential wait times) provides flexibility for pet owners whose schedules don't easily accommodate fixed appointments.
- Mission-Driven Focus: The clinic's primary focus is on reducing pet overpopulation in the Phoenix area, aligning their business model with a greater community welfare goal.
Due to the high demand for their affordable services, the Spay Neuter Clinic strongly recommends scheduling surgeries by phone. It is important to call ahead for the most current check-in times and availability, especially for walk-in vaccine services.

The clinic’s value proposition is centered entirely on affordability and accessibility, making critical procedures like spaying and neutering—which are vital for long-term health and community welfare—attainable for all income levels.

The customer testimonials reflect a team that cares deeply about the animals and is willing to go the extra mile, whether it's through patient communication for anxious owners or providing subsidized medication for pets in need. This blend of ethical practice and cost-effectiveness is a rare find in veterinary medicine.
While the high volume nature of the clinic requires patience—especially for vaccine visits where two-hour waits are possible—the significant savings and the assurance of a facility dedicated to core preventive care outweigh the inconvenience for many Arizona families. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Every single member of staff at this location is so amazingly kind and supportive! I had about a million questions taking my first dog in for a spay and these wonderful individuals never once seemed annoyed, and took the time to answer every single question with patience and respect. Even when I cried as I was dropping her off, all of the staff were incredibly understanding and that’s the best I could ask for. I called twice during my dog’s procedure to check in on her, and again the patience, compassion, and empathy was astounding. THANK YOU DOCTORS AND NURSES/STAFF OF SPAY NEUTER CLINIC!!!UPDATE: My dog ended up starting a mild infection, and I worriedly took her in for a recheck. Upon confirmation of the infection, I was given the price for the antibiotics as well as a sedative. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to afford it, but the Veterinarian ended up comping the cost of the medications so that my pup would remain safe and healthy. If you’re on the fence about taking your pet here for any reason, rest assured that the Vets here genuinely and truly have you and your pet’s best interest in mind. Thank you endlessly for resorting my faith in humanity!!!
June 05 · SalemBEST PRICE IN TOWN !!!! We had a wait about 2 hours in total for the initial check up.So that way, our cat could be neutered , but it was totally worth it.Every other place we called. They wanted $500 or $600.They did it for $61 dollars i would absolutely recommend it. It's not like it was that bad. It was early in the morning. I would definitely recommend getting there at like 630. So that way, you're first in line then there is an awake. We got there at 7 and like I said, there was already a bunch of people there, but I would do it again and again because of how much money I saved and the people are very friendly.
July 25 · Chelsea RickettsPhenomenal clinic, no hidden fees to really speak of. We took in my fuzzy baby, Hornet (pictured below) and they were absolutely magnificent with her. They identified a fractured tooth, something we were curious about as she was eating a little funny, and took care of it for shockingly cheap. They're fast, they care, and my God are they affordable. They may be a bit out of the way, but they're genuinely kind and caring. If you're low on funds and need animal care, they've got you covered without any of the shame.Posted below is their pricing, up to date as of a few months back.
May 13 · Edgar “Storm” RivasThis place was great!! They accommodated services for me and my dog due to his reactivity and excitement around other dogs. They had a great package deal gor shots which my dog needed so he could go to doggy daycare. The staff there was very friendly and knew what they were doing, the whole visit once it was our turn was very quick and we were in and out within 25 mins. VERY afforadble vaccines packages for both fogs and cats. Would highly reccomend taking your fur baby here for shots, check ups or getting altered because your 4 legged family member will be in great hands!!
September 30 · Elaina MolinaHad our 2 year old Lhasa Apso Neutered. The process went well. Prices were way better than that from a private vet. Be sure to arrive early, because this place gets crowded quickly. I do recommend their services.
