★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My cat had asthma (i had never had a cat with asthma before) and Vet did not catch it or understand what was wrong with my cat. Three different appointments and two medications. I put my trust in the Vet as she said the medication would help him. They forced me to pay for the third appointment after Vet told me to rush him to an emergency vet. Spent 3k at ER for something so simple that had turned into URI. Do not waste your time and money, go to an actual vet and save your pet’s life.
August 07 · G McMy dog went into the clinic for teeth cleaning and when we went to pick her up her hip was out of joint. She had never had hip problems. They said that they weren’t responsible. We paid them a lot of money to put her hip back in on the next day. When we picked her up the hip was back out again. They refused to refund any money.
September 15 · Al HunterNever sign up for Banfield. They can never see your dog, never dispense medicine. Absolutely a waste of money. Find a private vet and you’re going to be better off. If you want to cancel the plan you have to pay the rest of the year as well. You don’t get your money back.
July 31 · Ryan BrownZero customer service! Take your pet anywhere else. My dog was sick and the staff was judging me asking questions and just telling me how bad I am for taking care of him at home. I basically paid to be scolded and made me feel it's my fault the doggie is sick. Thanks for nothing. Never again.
May 12 · L&A BenBrought my 3 month old puppy in for his third round of shots. We had no issues with his first appointment prior to this one. However this time was a terrible experience. He was due for three shots, that’s all he came in for. Both the assistant and doctor said to watch out for his balls dropping because they haven’t yet…. My puppy is already neutered and they should already have this information in their system from the previous visit. They either didn’t thoroughly look at his chart or note this down last time. They then proceeded to say they clipped his nails and scolded us on the importance of trimming nails. That was completely non consensual of them. They did not ask us for permission. We had just trimmed his nails at home last week and they should ask the pet owner before doing anything like that. Completely unprofessional. I no longer feel like I can trust this location with my fur babies. I strongly suggest going elsewhere for veterinary needs.
