★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Truly the best vet we've had in a long time. It's been great relief knowing our pets are in good hands. She has been treating our cat Louie. We're very hopeful that with her help we will have several more years with him even though he is dealing with kidney disease. Just recently some kittens we are fostering got sick. She was so quick to get them in and offer them the absolute best care. She even seen one kitten twice in one day. I must mention all of the staff have been wonderful! We couldn't be happier. Thank you Dr. Ruiz and staff!!!
September 05 · Rachelle KelleyI’ve been coming here for almost eight years and can honestly say that Dr. Ruiz is a one of the best vets I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. She has an incredible ability to sense what’s going on with my dog — and never over rotates or orders needless procedures or tests. Because of this, she’s also super affordable. Best of all, Dr. Ruiz has a calm and rational bedside manner (even when I’m worrying too much), which makes her great with our nervous senior. Also, a huge shout out to her lovely staff. Paula at the front desk has gotten us in quickly when things are urgent and does a great job keeping the wait times down. The techs are always really kind too!
July 03 · Melissa ForbesThe staff here are amazing! They knew exactly how to handle an anxious dog and made his vaccine appointment go as smooth as possible. Thank you so much and I’ll definitely be returning here for future appointments.
May 08 · Travis RoserDr. Ruiz is fantastic and caring. She has performed surgeries on our dogs and they have thrived afterwards. I highly recommend her. 👍
July 18 · Ted DallasI met Dr. Ruiz 30 years ago when she started in this location. She grew up in the central city and as a veterinarian, she has cared for 1000s of critters in the center of town, including many of mine. She is kind, compassionate and competent, and I think the world of her. Her front office staff have been there for years and years. I appreciate that she sees the value in long term retention of employees. 👍 Dr. Ruiz’s method of running her practice is old school. Can you buy specialty dog/cat food there? Of course. Do you HAVE to? No. This office sees and cares for our beloved animals. We are never pressured into treatments, services or goods that we don’t want or need. I, for one, am thankful for the calm, no pressure atmosphere.
