Dr. Jones brings a wealth of experience in small animal private practice and a dedication to clear, straightforward communication—a quality that clients consistently praise. The staff takes the necessary time to explain diagnoses, discuss available options without pressure, and ensure that pet owners are fully comfortable with the treatment plan for their beloved companion.
The glowing testimonials reflect the profound impact the team has on pet owners, particularly when facing sensitive decisions. Customers highlight the clinic’s warm, comforting atmosphere and the genuine, full-hearted commitment of the team, especially in providing peaceful and dignified final moments for beloved pets. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I can’t express how grateful we are for the care we received from Compassionate Animal Care during one of the hardest moments in our lives—saying goodbye to our beloved Snowbird. Dr. Schelle and her team were not only professional but also incredibly understanding and empathetic throughout the entire process. From the moment we walked in, we felt enveloped by a warm and comforting atmosphere. The staff took the time to listen to our concerns, showing genuine understanding and kindness as we navigated our grief. Dr. Schelle was exceptional; she took the time to answer all our questions and provided us with the information we needed, while also showing great sensitivity to our emotions. What stood out to me the most was how Dr. Schelle and her team made Snowbird’s final moments peaceful and dignified. They treated her with the utmost respect and care, ensuring she felt loved as we said our goodbyes. It was evident that they truly care for animals and their families, going above and beyond to provide support.Losing Snowbird was incredibly difficult for us, but the compassion and understanding shown by the entire team helped ease some of our pain. I cannot recommend Compassionate Animal Care highly enough. They provide not just veterinary services but a heartfelt commitment to the well-being and dignity of the animals they care for, making an unbearable situation a little lighter. Thank you, Dr. Schelle and team, for everything. Your kindness will never be forgotten.
June 11 · Jeff RDr. Schelle is amazing. I took my Charlie girl to her in 11/2023 for a lump on her hind leg. I was given, well not a great prognosis, but she toldMe straight and didn’t nickel and dime me. We had a plan. I brought her back today and the lump is larger and we came up with our end plan. Dr. Schelle kneels down to dog level to talk like she is discussing with my pet. She has such a full heart. I will forever come here. I will have to say goodbye sooner than later to my Charlie. I know when it is appropriate thank you for the straight forward convo with the best vet ever. I know my heart will mend a little and I love having a dog. And I will always go here for the best care!
January 23 · Jennifer FreelandThis hospital and staff are wonderful!! This past week I had a 1st hand experience with them. My 18yr old cat started to seizure unexpectedly. Even though it was close to closing time, and I was not presently a client, I was told to come right in with my cat.Dr Klemman, Tiffany and Tina were compassionate and did not rush anything, allowing us to visit as long as we wanted before and after our cat had passed.Absolutely wonderful place, and will not hesitate to use them as our permanent veterinary clinic!
July 14 · CarcnzThey have always been very kind and thorough when taking care of our dogs. The process of putting one of them down, as hard as that was but the staff was truly "compassionate" to their company name and made the process easier for us. We appreciate the team!
April 28 · Melissa AlexanderThey really should change their name… We had an emergency pop-up and accidentally no showed on an appointment. When I called back to get my pup back on the schedule because he’s having terrible hip pain they refused me service and told me to find somewhere else to go, after keeping me on hold for over 10 minutes. I proceeded to explain the situation of needing to fly out of town on short notice due to a death in the family and they still refused my service. That doesn’t seem very compassionate to me!
