★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We take our boys to see Dr Duncan and love her! You can tell her heart is in her job. She treats my dogs just as well as she would her own. The whole team at the clinic are absolutely wonderful, friendly, and compassionate. They are affordable as well, which is certainly a plus in this economy! Mewes, Watson, and me all love Iroquois Animal Clinic!!
July 18 · Emily CampbellDr. King is truly an amazing veterinarian. He was so kind and gentle with my cat and made the experience so calm for me. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the animals and their owners. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and treated my cat like he was his own. The level of compassion and professionalism he showed was beyond what I expected. He is honestly one of the sweetest and most attentive vets I’ve ever met. I feel so lucky to have found him, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cat. Highly, highly recommend!
March 21 · Aynsley StierAffordable prices! Friendly and nice staff who know how to handle animals well.I accidentally sprung a walk-in when they didn't have walk-in hours because of a pet injury. The vet ended up being totally willing to make space for my baby, even though I didn't have an appointment, and after a very short wait, got him all fixed up, dewormed, and gave him antibiotics and pain medications. If they're busy they might not be able to take walk-ins, but they were very willing to try to either get him checked out if they had space or refer me to to the nearest emergency clinic! :) They kept him pretty calm throughout the situation, too, as he's a pretty anxious cat.
July 11 · Charles RaisleyTail-end client, I’ve been to this location after the switch to new owners. Be patient with them while they’re going through their transition and they will be able to give your pet amazing care. We received not great news for our cat, but the vet was incredibly informative and gentle with us. We received information explaining what our cat was experiencing and many printed options for financial support that we could look into after being told what tests and treatments were needed. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and caring towards my cat, it helped her get through the stressful experience. I highly recommend this location for vet care.
May 17 · Maxamil St. JohnEmpathetic, caring and reasonably priced. I wouldn't go anywhere else once I met these wonderful pet professionals! They have great customer service, even under pressure from animals and their owners. I had to say goodbye to my cat and they were comforting, supportive and open. I wouldn't go anywhere else, seriously - and I'm picky.
