★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I am very thankful that Doc Phillips saw my little havanese dog on a Sunday! (Holiday weekend too) I was unable to reach my regular vet , and had never been seen by Dr. Phillips. He immediately met me at his office .He examined my little buddy and assured me that idid the right thing by not waiting it out till Monday. He was in a tremendous amount of pain.He was able to relieve the pain and bloat that an obstruction had caused. He was very reasonable on the price for the amount of care that was given and the after hours ER visit. His price was about 1/2 of what Evansville had quoted me with the x rays. I highly recommend him! He knows what he is doing , I also appreciated how he explained things out to me. I feel like he was reasonable, knowledgeable, and had excellent time response! Thank you so much. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!
July 07 · Lana HillGreat place! Office staff friendly and helpful not to mention Dr Phillips is wonderful. My Chase loves them
July 03 · Dee WatsonMy first experience at this veterinary clinic went well. The vet checked my black kitten and gave him medication without charge because at the time of visit he was too small for a full dosage. We were actively looking for another kitten to have as a buddy for my new black kitten and one of the vet staff (very nice girl) had new kittens that she was willing to rehome as a buddy for my kitten. Nearly two weeks into owning the second kitten from the vets office she began having diarrhea. I sought medical attention for the new kitten within 24hrs and took her back to the vet that cared for him from the beginning. Besides insulting my intelligence on new kitten, “ how he knew the history of the litter, His employee (former owner of kitten) would not be very happy that one of her kittens is ill, implying that I may have been starving the kitten,” he did not in my opinion give a thorough check and that’s why I’m giving a negative review. We were given Albon. We were never asked when the kitten started diarrhea, if she was still eating/drinking, acting lethargic, what the consistency of diarrhea was etc. My gut told me to get a second opinion from a different vet today and unfortunately the poor kitten was too far gone and she did pass away. As a side note this event did happen over the weekend beginning on Friday so I am aware that weekends are a conflict with pet care in most cases however I feel as if I wasn’t given the time of day to express my concerns about my new kitten and what was going on with her and to her demise she passed away. I’m writing this review in hopes that if you have a sick animal and you don’t feel as if this vet has given you the answer you think is appropriate, be sure to get a second opinion. I was told by the vet I took the kitten to today if the proper measures were given on Friday she could have pulled through. A positive aspect of this Vet office is that the girls that work the front desk are exceptionally nice.
June 30 · Ambree CooperI wish I would have found this clinic years ago... Dr Phillips goes way beyond the call of duty and if it wasn't for this knowledgeable, caring vet, my fur baby puppy wouldn't be with me today. I give Dr Phillips ALL the praise! 🙏🙏
July 11 · Marla Alsman (Mar)Hometown vet got us in quickly and I swear my cats didn't even know they were getting a vaccine it was so fast and easy! Office staff are all incredibly nice as well!
