★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I recently went to VCA Animal Hospital to get an international health certificate for my pet, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. They guided me step by step, answered all my questions, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Thanks to their help, I successfully received the necessary documents and feel fully prepared for my upcoming trip.I’m truly grateful for their support and highly recommend VCA to anyone who needs help with pet travel documents or just top-notch veterinary care!
April 17 · Norton NiuMy newly adopted 10 year old westie wasn't feeling so well. I had called other vets earlier in the day with no luck on getting Sis in to get seen.To be honest, I was reluctant to try this location because I expected the services to be very expensive. However when I called and spoke to one of the receptionists, she directed me to their website to fill out a short form to take advantage of their "first exam free" discount. She also booked Sis for the same day, just a few hours later.I'll spare the unfortunate details of the diagnosis and action we had to take, but I want to commend the entire staff on such a wonderful job they did taking care of us today. We were:*Reassured continuously*Thoroughly educated about her condition, plan of action, and all pricing options*Treated with such kindness and compassion*Fortunate enough to have them work with us on the final billThey really care about the pets here. I will never recommend any other vet to anyone else. This place is special.Lastly, a big THANK YOU to the doctor that helped us today for her delicate care in such a difficult situation.RIP Sis 🩷
September 17 · Bryonne WilliamsI went to VCA for a pet health certificate for international travel but didn’t receive it in time and had to leave my cat with my parents when moving abroad for work. When I told them I did not receive the certificate which was supposed to be mailed to me, they ignored me until I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The clinic’s forced reply was that it was “lost in the mail” there was nothing they could do and that I would have to pay again for a replacement despite already paying $420 for a service I never received. Sadly even a replacement certificate would do me no good as I’m now living far away from my beloved pet. Once I am able to travel back to get him I will definitely not be going back to VCA for another certificate. They are way too expensive, unreliable, and do not support their customers.
August 21 · Tracey Renee WallaceVets are great but it's really expensive. They do push their products, running tests, and everything, but that can be a good thing. Also depends on how well you know your furbabies. I tried most of their suggestions, and after the 2nd visit and more $$, I decided to test a theory. I was correct on my baby's behavior. Found another vet who listened and is treating for anxiety now. Will see if that helps her.
August 23 · Jodi Langston*** Update 9/16: I reached out to the email they left to let them know my concerns and never heard back.I took my kitten to this place a few times and each time the staff was lovely. Last time i went in they wanted to break up the rest of my kittens shots due to a small reaction. In the first of two appointments I was told the second appointment would be only for a vaccine and I would not be charged the full exam fee. I wouldn't have minded paying this fee had they been upfront about charging it again. however, the second appointment I came in and was told I will be charged the exam fee because they needed to isolate which shot it was, which would have been the same without the exam. overall, this was dishonest and Im very disappointed as i haven't had a negative experience prior to this.
