★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Our rescue dog was in bad shape when we took her to VCA. Dr Stewart went above and beyond to treat her. She was excellent about keeping us updated and in the loop throughout the night. She explained the dire circumstances with a calm, cautious, professional attitude and I felt like she treated our girl as if it was her own dog. Luckily our girl is on the road to recovery and improving every day! It was a stressful time and Dr Stewart treated us with kindness and empathy. She even let me give her a hug when we picked our girl up. She is awesome!
September 09 · Ann SuttonThey tried to scam my friend out of nearly 3 grand to look at her cat. Very rude and seemingly unintelligent or uncaring staff. When she started crying after they told her the price to help her cat they offered to euthanize the cat. Horrible service, terrible staff, borderline scamming people and not providing proper treatment or following standard practices and guidelines. PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS FACILITY.
October 06 · Silver SkrubbStaff was great had to take my cat in for an emergency and they was there every step of the way and worked with us to figure out cost to get her into surgery. Unfortunately some issues came up and she wasn’t strong enough to handle the surgery and in the middle of the night had to come back after they closed to say goodbye and let her go. The staff was amazing the whole time we never felt rushed saying goodbye and they was very caring the whole process. They truly care about the animals that come through their doors.
May 03 · Emmett HoggeUpdate. After informing these people that my cat can't feed her starving kittens at home and looks like she has lost significant weight and is very lethargic. After they decided that a happy energetic dog with a bug bit on his butt was more severe then my panting cat that could hardly move and had been away from her starving kittens for hours already because of them. And after deciding that my cat would be better off seeing her vet in the morning. And after saving $200 , but of course the 2 hours I waited is still wasted, but not if this helps to save the life of another animal. After all of this, my cat had a fever if 105°. Deathly sick, too weak to lift her head. We have to bottle feed the babies. It is very clear, these people do not know how to properly diagnose your pet. Maybe they get it right from time to time, are you willing to take that risk with your pets life. I'm not!!Also they're response to my first post was to tell me I could call them to discuss. Yes, put the ball in my court, you did your part by offering to talk!?!? LolRisk it if you dare.First thing they let you know is it will cost two hundred dollars just to walk in that door. The next thing they let you know is payment is due at time of service. But what they don't let you know is they don't give a shit about your pets at all!! I waited almost two hours and they wanted to take two hundred dollars from me for me to sit there for 2 hours because only their time is valuable. I sat on a very uncomfortable bench. My poor cat is in severe pain and cannot nurse her kittens., but they told me that her pain didn't matter as a puppy that was jumping around and playing, so he got to go first even though I was there almost a half hour before that dog!!! If you love.Your animals and cherish them as members of your family as I do.Please do not take your pet to this heartless place. I'm in tears right now because my cat is still in severe pain.Because I would not let them touch her after their ways they treated us.
June 28 · Mindi ClarkFor an emergency vet. there is damn near zero sense of urgency, and for the prices you’re gonna pay just before any real treatment to take place is insane. I have found non emergency vets that dont change even half of what they do just to even walk in. For $200 you can get into the doors, want anything else after that? expect to be spending a couple grand when ur done, same day might i add. Definitely better off waiting for another local vet like Princeton, as this “emergency vet” is more of a glorified money pit.
