★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had an absolutely wonderful experience! This was hands down the most thoughtful and cat-friendly vet visit I've ever had. The exam room itself was amazing – it was clearly designed with a cat's comfort in mind, complete with a climbing tree, toys, and even a TV playing videos of birds and squirrels. When my cat was scared, I sat on the floor with him, and the veterinarian came in and immediately joined us there. She was so gentle and patient, talking to him calmly and slowly easing into the exam. She even moved the scale onto the floor to weigh him so he wouldn't have to get on the table. One of the most impressive things was their approach to treatment. After explaining everything clearly and providing the cost upfront, they asked to take him to a different room for his shot. Their reasoning was that they didn't want him to associate the exam room with a negative experience, which I thought was brilliant and incredibly considerate. The pricing was very reasonable, and they even followed up with a text the next day to check on him. I can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be bringing my other cat here for any future needs. A truly exceptional level of care!
October 07 · Steven DavisHands down the best veterinary practice I have ever been to. From their follow up reminders, to the customer service at reception, to the techs and veterinarians, this practice goes above and beyond. Their text message communication is not only polite and courteous but effective and convenient.Dr. Lambert has now saved two of my dogs lives. My very first day living in Anderson Township, my dog had a bowel obstruction and we did not have established vet care as we moved from hours away, I called their office sobbing and they got me in that morning and she had surgery that afternoon. It went perfectly. They even text me a photo when she woke up, and sent her home with a certificate of bravery. They checked in throughout the entire recovery process and were so supportive. After that she became our vet for all of our pups. I brought in my sweet Apollo for a dry nose that kept worsening despite over the counters meds, we talked through a treatment plan and ran some labs. The following day she called me that the labs were normal, however she had a hunch we should run a cortisol test anyway because he had some muscle atrophy in his head. It came back at zero, and confirmatory testing showed he had Addisons disease, a life threatening illness of the Adrenal gland. He later developed additional medical issues, and she was so helpful in tackling them and answering my (very very numerous) questions. I think one of the defining features of a good vet is one who offers to collaborate with specialists or refer for other opinions when it comes to specialty care, because it shows they truly have the best interest of your dog. She cared for Apollo for the remainder of his life and I am forever grateful for the time her diagnosis bought us. They were also very supportive when he passed unexpectedly at home, helped us navigate the cremation process, and sent us a very thoughtful card, as well as a paw print, and a nose print. Finally, the patience of everyone involved is so impressive. You can truly tell they’re there for the animals, and will do their absolute best to ensure the pets have a good experience, whether they are nervous, reactive or fear-aggressive, I appreciate that they allow you to hold them, examine them on the floor, try different treats or providing pre-medications to ensure visits are as stress free as possible. They do it all. They provide pre-estimates before doing anything, and are transparent about costs, and have a great yearly plan option. Top notch practice. There are so many other good things I could add but I’ll just finish with thank you for all you do for my pups!
June 05 · Savannah HerbertEddie, my Miniature Schnauzer, was stung by an underground nest of hornets, instantly crippling him with Anaphylaxis. His caretaker rushed him to Pet Vet 365, which was closed at the time. She pounded on the door, and they let her in immediately. The team took him to the back without hesitation and began working on him.He was limp and lifeless with a faint pulse and hardly a hint of a heartbeat. They truly worked as a team. When I arrived, I got to go to the back to be with Eddie. While I held the oxygen mask on, pet him, and told him I love him, I got to witness teamwork, empathy, professionalism, and determination.Even when things looked dire, Dr. Lambert was a consistent problem-solver. She realized that Eddie might require a plasma transfusion because his blood wasn’t clotting as it should. Knowing that MedVet would be able to provide that service, the goal became to stabilize him enough to get him there.I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Lambert and the the team at Pet Vet 365. They saved my Schnauzer’s life, and I’m forever grateful.
August 14 · Tim HartI am so happy I decided to go here. Recently moved and we haven’t had a chance to set up a new vet. They were able to see us same day. The facility is spotless, the rooms weren’t cramped and even had glass windows so we could watch the other patients pass by. The whole staff was so sweet to all of the patients. Dr. Ham was gentle with my dog and listened to my concerns. My dog is already feeling much better thanks to him even though we just saw him yesterday.
July 19 · Whitney MeluginWhat a fabulous little veterinarian office 😊I had not found a vet we loved, since moving to Anderson and one of my babies just didn’t seem to be feeling well. I was able to schedule online (a fabulous thing for an introvert like myself) and all info was done over text. When we got there, it smelled so good! The treatment room was all glass and I could see everything going on (my puppy loved this too) and my Murphy and I sat on a couch (no sterile looking treatment rooms here) and the doctor came in and examined him on the floor, while she pet him! Talk about low stress! It was wonderful and everyone was so nice! Thankfully we only had some crystals in his urine and no stones and he will be on the mend soon, with the food they recommend. We have found our new vet!! 💕
