The staff at Windermere Animal Hospital are absolutely incredible. They went out of their way to make sure my 10 year old husky was taken care of with his grooming and medical needs. The vet took time explaining options to me and the techs and office staff were so incredibly kind and patient with me and my pup. I would give it 6/5 stars if I could!!

My family has been long time clients here so I started bringing my new dog here. Dr Ingold was kind and caring and actually took his time. I recently had Katie groom my dog and it was absolutely terrible. You would think grooming a doodle would be common but he came out looking like Lloyd from dumb and dumber. When I called to speak with her about fixing his cut, she refused to get on the phone. Based on other reviews, we may try another groomer but 0/5 for Katie's cut and customer service.
