★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I recently moved here and needed a new primary vet for my dog. So far, I've had a good experience. The staff was nice. My dog is 16 and they treated her well. And I'm glad theyre open on Saturdays because I work during the week. I like that they offer plans for services; once I get more established I may go that route because of my dog being a senior.
August 24 · Shawna WallsI cannot say enough about the love and compassionate care the team at this clinic has provided to me and my pets. Yesterday I made the loving decision to euthanize my 13+ year old German Shepherd, who had been with me since she was 3 months old. Drs Burke, Lamb and Martinez have cared for her the past 7 years and were able to keep her healthy and comfortable for much longer than we ever expected. Raleigh did her part, as well, but it was time. Dr. Burke and Erika sat on the floor with me and shed tears as we all told Raleigh how much she was loved. I am so very grateful for their expertise, advice and support.
July 25 · Kathleen WaldvogelWhen we got medical insurance for our cat, they said they will visit him anytime for any issue. When an emergency happened for our cat, they refused to visit him due to their capacity being full! It’s a scam. Not responsible.
September 13 · Mehrdad SalimiBanfield told us our dog had eaten something and and a poop blockage, gave her meds. A few months later same thing happens, new vet finds out she actually had a tumor growing, which lead to her death a few later. I'LL NEVER TRUST ANY VET THAT WON'T LET YOU IN THE BUILDING DURING A VET VISIT. SHAME ON YOU
September 16 · Sami WheelerWe were traveling through on our road trip when I realized we had left her medication at home. This Banfield was gracious enough to make the time to help us out the same day I called 💕 very clean, everyone was so kind to my girl, and I am so thankful that they could help us out!
