★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I cannot express enough how truly incredible Dr. Alford and her entire team at LVR are! After our Labrador, Colonel, suffered a herniated disc that left him with paralyzed back legs, we were devastated and unsure of what the future would hold. We rushed him in for an emergency hemilaminectomy with a prognosis that wasn’t very promising. Thankfully, a coworker recommended Lex Vet Rehab, and choosing them was the best decision we’ve ever made. From day one, Dr. Alford, Jesse, Ashlee, and Kaylee have gone above and beyond to ensure Colonel’s recovery and quality of life. The combination of hyperbaric chamber, water treadmill sessions, laser therapy, and gym workouts has worked wonders—he’s now back to enjoying his favorite thing - WALKS! And we could not be more grateful.Colonel looks forward to every visit with his friends (and their liver treats!) as do I! I am forever grateful to Lex Vet Rehab for the amazing care and love they've shown our big boy. We feel so incredibly fortunate to have found such an exceptional team. Our boy is lucky to have you, and we are too. Thank you, Lex Vet Rehab, for everything! 🐾💙
March 21 · Jessica PingI've only been to a few sessions with the Lexington Veterinary Rehabilitation center and I can say, without a doubt, that there is no place like it in town. It's evident that everyone at the practice cares deeply for every animal that comes into the office. I've never felt so welcomed and like my dog was in the safest hands possible. My dog, Peyton, is the light of my life so I'm always skeptical about taking him to new places but they have gone out of their way to make us all feel comfortable, safe and informed. Dr. Alford is truly amazing, so knowledgeable and really looks at the whole picture; I'm so grateful for her and the staff at LVR just after a few sessions.
August 13 · Chase WaskeyDr. Alford helped bring my rescue dog Annie back from the brink with chronic pancreatitis. Properly diagnosing and developing biome treatments along with physical therapies--including hyperbaric. She and her staff truly care.
September 13 · Julie MantromWhen Dr. Alford diagnosed our big dog, Sara, with torn ligaments in both back legs, she recommended physical therapy over surgery. So Sara began therapy with Jessie as her therapist. It was amazing to watch her progress from week to week. It was the best decision! She has now recovered and went from not wanting to stand or walk to being the carefree happy dog we knew. Than you Dr. Alford, Jessie, and all of your caring staff for treating Sara, my husband and me, with such wonderful care. I would recommend Lexington Veterinary Rehabilitation to all for physical therapy for their fur babies experiencing mobility problems.
August 19 · Mary BernhardtMy Rhodesian Ridgeback injured his back. He couldn’t sleep at night. Rehab here fixed his back and is pain free without medicine.
