★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1They are amazing wonderful people here. ❤ thank you so much for the help you gave me when my dog stumpy was attacked by another dog 🐕. It happen on Christmas eve and I was on my way to the vet in indy as I came through brownstown i noticed there was a car in front but they were closed because of holiday. I had to try and check for help no matter what I beat on the window as I got close to it to get there attention I was frantic with emotion. I could tell she was apprehensive about letting me in but they saw my son carrying stumpy he was just lifeless. but any way they went above and beyond and I hope they know just how much it means to me and I love and wish you all there more thanks then I can ever say. Sad to say stumpy didn't make it long after we left before it was just to much for him 😪!!!!! I LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU VERY MUCH STUMPY!!! YOU WILL ALWAYS BE IN MY THOUGHTS AND HEART ❤ 4 EVER!!!!
December 31 · Michael GeorgeThey got my dog in in short. Price. They are so kind and communicative!! I love this vet office!
June 22 · Debbie PapkeThey been my veterinarian since they opened their practice, my dog became critical sick, I call the emergency phone number, they never answer phone, I call back during normal hours, said they weren’t able to see my dog, cause there practice was shut down for remodeling, they told me to go call other veterinarian around, no one would take her, since my dog wasn’t a patient with them. I finally find a veterinary clinic down at Salem, they took her and saved her life. Brownstown clinic should have planned ahead and have another facility ready to take there animals in case of emergency. There were not care if my dog lived or died, im really disappointed in them. My name is John Weber
April 12 · John WeberThey are the best! Everyone there is so friendly and care about your animal! They treat every part as if they are their own. They are simply the best and I can't thank them enough for all they've done for my animals over the years! I highly recommend them!
December 11 · jason allmanIts okay but feel that bc money is usually tight that one of our dogs did not receive the care it should have. And as proactive as my wife is about our pets..... Some things should Not have been overlooked but were and my wife's beloved dog of 14 .5 years was in trouble after hours as we all know CAN and does happen ... Yet The On call doctor told us she would NOT come in! That she would try to work the dog in tomorrow as long as we dropped it off when they opened. My wife tried Explaining that this was a emergency. And it did us No Good. We ended up having No choice that drive over a hour awash to a pet ER and our Dog died in my wife's arms alone at home. Why are you on call but won't come in??? Not to mention long ago pilots were being born they had oxygen for one of the little pilots but was told when it came to the beloved dog, afterwords that I'd she needed oxygen we would half to go elsewhere! ! What is that , really all about anyway :(
