★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1When Dr. Pope sat on the floor to connect with my dog it warmed my heart. My dogs are usually stand offish. But all three of them love him.The staff were sensitive to each of my dogs individual needs. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dogs. They are 11, 4 and 10 months.
July 14 · Tina SavageI truly had the best experience here considering the situation. This was a few months back but ill never forget any of this. My fur baby was dying and needed emergency surgery. Every where else I went was just concerned with money and didn't show compassion. I called Elk Creek and the woman that answered truly cared. She heard my distress and I told her I was in a financial bind at the time so she made calls (when she didnt have to) to find help for me. They took Loki in with open arms and were just the friendliest people you could hope for. The veterinarian was an amazing person. They're clearly in this business for more than just the money. They all care about our animals and it SHOWS. They saved my fur baby and I will never forget these people or this place. I'd give a hundred stars if I could. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
June 30 · KeeThank you to Dr. Pope and the staff for taking such good care of my chiuahua, Miya Jane! I brought her in for a dental cleaning and a yearly checkup...the prices were fair, and the entire staff was extremely friendly, kind, and caring! The office was very clean and smelled terrific! I highly recommend Elk Creek Animal Hospital. 5 stars!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
June 26 · Mindy JoCat boarders beware!!! We have taken our dogs and cat here for medical needs the last three years and have had wonderful experiences with the doctors and staff. While on long out-of-state travels we have boarded our cat. This last time May 24th - May 28th, unfortunately learned the hard way that they do not look in on the animals during their stay. My cat had an open sore on his chest that they knew nothing about until we called them once the animal was home. Would you pay $159 for this service? Elk Creek staff did not accept responsibility for it or even acknowledge that it happened while he was in their care.
July 05 · Carolyn WWhen my almost four-year-old Boxer, Creed, suddenly became ill—with symptoms ranging from neck stiffness to leg paralysis and even blindness—I was devastated. After several visits to his regular vet, a mounting bill, and no real answers unless I opted for an extremely expensive MRI, I felt hopeless. With the help of my daughter-in-law Shelby, who works at Elk Creek Animal Hospital, we decided to seek a second opinion. While the news about Creed’s condition was still heartbreaking, the care we received here made all the difference. The compassion, clarity, and genuine love they showed us brought peace and direction during a very difficult time.I’ll gladly drive to the next I county to make sure my boy gets the love and care he deserves—for as long as he has. Thank you, Elk Creek, for treating us like family.
