★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We met Dr. Satkus. In 2023 when we moved here to Sun City. Ricky was a rescue, he had been treated very badly in his first 6 months, fostered for 3 months, we adopted him at 9 months. Any Vet had to use a muzzle to treat & examine him… until we met Dr Satkus, whom we now call the dog whisperer. Dr. Satkus brought him into the room after his exam.. no muzzle. He had examined him, & his mouth! No one had ever perform that before! Amazing. Steve & I nearly fell off of our chairs! Bringing you up to the present. Something happened with our Ricky, he wore a doggy diaper as he marked everywhere & he had worn this for 2 1/2 years with no issue. Something suddenly changed. He became aggressive, biting us, he seemed to be in pain & had other issues. His quality of life changed suddenly. We saw Dr Satkus, tried a medication, but we were not successful. We made the very painful decision to give Ricky peace. Dr Satkus & Samantha were wonderful, compassionate caregivers. Ricky has joined his 3 sister Chihuahua’s in doggy heaven. Thank you Dr. Satkus & Samantha for the compassion & care that you provided Ricky & to us.
July 09 · Char HubbardDr. Satkus is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. It is very apparent that that he genuinely cares and loves what he does! I really appreciate his attention to detail and him and his techs are always very sweet and gentle with my dog.
October 07 · Morgan ChrismanHorrible experiences with this place. Their doctors tried to give my dogs way to many rounds of shots then their little bodies Could handle. They constantly would book us for the wrong times. I highly recommend finding your vet treatments elsewhere. This place just wants to keep your dogs sick. Over a year they couldn't figure out what was wrong withy dogs. Come to find out everything they tried was the wrong answer. Yep a non vet figured it out. Joke of a place. Don't let that Snow doctor touch your dogs. Seriously!!!
October 06 · Bucket List GuysHighly recommend. The staff are friendly, professional, and they run on time. The facility is nice and cleaned well, and the staff work to help keep my dogs comfortable as much as possible. The staff were kind and compassionate when it was time for two of my dogs to cross the rainbow bridge. I've taken 5 of my pets here over the years, and have never had anything to complain about. Shout out especially to Dr. Snow!
