★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1These guys WERE FANTASTIC! we had our baby Athena get foreign object surgery and it went so good they kept us in the loop the whole time and was so affordable
August 04 · Louie ApodacaSuch a great veterinary practice, the staff are all angels and truly care about you and your pet. The office gives such a welcoming atmosphere we loved it there! I brought my fussy 6 month old along and none of the staff minded him and even offered to help when they saw me struggling to juggle him and our dog. The kindest people!
May 28 · Ashley MarinacciWe have a cat who developed a large abscess in his lower abdomen (post neuter). I called around to several animal hospitals at no avail, no one would touch him. Eventually he had surgery at an emergency hospital, and was left with a complicated bandaging regime, which most vets wouldn't touch. A friend set our cat up with an appointment at Follow Your Heart Animal Hospital and they've been an absolute God send. The staff has been very good to us and the vet is compassionate, caring, patient, and very informative. Had I known about them earlier our pet would have started his journey in their hands.
September 26 · Margaret QuinteroA true hidden gem!! We have a sweet doberman who is scared of her own shadow, so much so that she has nervous peeing. The staff welcomed her in at her own pace and ignored her pee trail quietly cleaning up behind her.The vet was very patient with her and sat down on the floor to meet her where she was comfortable. She baby talked to calm her as she examined her, she was quick with giving her the vaccines our sweet girl didn't even notice!!Then the vet techs took her in back to trim her nails and they cleaned her up as she peed again. Our sweet girl Duchess left very happy and loved by all that worked with her!!
May 13 · HeidiI am very disappointed in the experience my dog and I had here. I'm sorry to have to leave such a negative review for a place that stands for something so good. I'll be the first to admit that my dog is anxious at the vet. So if anything I am overly apologetic to the staff because I know my dog isn't the easiest patient. The receptionist was polite enough. The vet tech and the vet had absolutely no bedside manner. Besides the initial intake questions, I had to ask questions for all other information I was given. The vet did not introduce herself to me. At least I assume she was the vet, she was the one who gave my dog her vaccination. She mumbled under her breath talking to my dog and told her she "needed a dental checkup." Never said anything directly to me or my partner. Then the vet tech then took my dog into the back for a nail trim. She tied my dog's leash around her neck, I assume as some kind of makeshift choke collar. My dog did get out of her harness previously while trying to weigh her so I understand. I just hope they untie it while they're on the nail table. She brings my dog back to me and I ask her how my dog did. (Makeshift choke collar still around her neck.) Vet tech doesn't say much, something about how my dog wasn't a fan of the nail trim but my dog did let them do it. We then noticed that my dog was damp. The vet tech offered no explanation until my partner asked about what happened. Obviously, my dog wet herself while getting her nails trimmed. My dog is nine years old. I can count the amount of accidents she's had on one hand. I cannot express to you how out of character this is for my dog.I'm sure they didnt hurt/ scare her on purpose but they definitely did.My dog and I will not be back. This is not how you should treat new patients. The prices are on the cheap side. So once again, you get what you pay for.
