★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We had to make one of the hardest decisions yesterday and put our sweet baby down. All the woman in this office made the process so much easier than I had expected. They were so loving, empathetic, and gave my sweet girl all the love she needed in her last moments. I will forever use this vet for all my animals.Thank you to all the ladies who were with us yesterday. I couldn’t imagine doing what you do. Appreciate you all.
October 06 · Mattie RamseyI've been going to good vets for 3 months now, 2 separate dogs. Up until today I have had excellent service. I still highly recommend Dr Fletcher. 5 stars for anything she is involved with. Unfortunately today's visit left such a bad feeling, that I had to cancel upcoming appointments and will be looking for a different vet. Had a follow-up appointment for a surgery, it's included in the price of the surgery. Of course they have to take the bandage off in order to do the check up, the technician then told me it would be another 70 bucks if I wanted a new bandage otherwise they would send my dog home with nothing on a freshly operated leg. Please see the attached picture. I was appalled. Then told me I need antibiotics for 103 dollars. I said ok. Of course. After the bandage I was told I have to come back to change the bandage again. Instead of any at home care instructions. I HAD to come back. Went to pay for the visit and the medication price went up 40 dollars. Horrid service today.I do want to reiterate, up until today I have had outstanding service and care. I even recommended my family to come to this location for Dr Fletcher and her team. I didn't get her team today.
October 04 · Josh StanfieldI want to thank Brooke, Dr Tilley and the team at good vets for helping examine Boston and provide the proper first steps of treatment.Boston ended up needing an endoscopy and Brooke took the time to call ahead to other places in the valley helping me schedule the soonest available.Boston had his surgery and his dental last Thursday and everything came back great! They were able to remove the large mass and came back as just a benign growth. No cancer! 🙏🏻Thank you so much to the team at Good Vets for getting Boston in so quickly and taken care of! I would highly recommend Good Vets to everyone in the valley!
September 19 · Justin PaquetDr. Tiller, Christy and other staff were loving and caring to me and my 13 yr old cat baby. They helped me make the difficult decision of sending him to heaven. They were honest and caring with the diagnosis and didn't push me to treating him with no good end result which we all appreciated during such a hard time. Thankyou from Shadow.
September 17 · Rebecca TorgersonFrom out of town. My chihuahua was lethargic, not eating, and continued biting and scratching himself. He developed scabs and bumps on his body. My daughter in law said she takes her dog to GoodVets. Was able to do a drop off first thing at opening. Walked in and greeted by Shawn, who was wonderful and got us in right away. Left him there. Maybe 15 mins I received a call from Dr. Fletcher who explained what he doesn't have and what he has and the treatment options. He has a environmental allergy. I gave her the go ahead and treat him. 15 minutes I picked him up and he is doing well!! Thank you very much for taking care of my baby! Also, the office is very clean and inviting. Has a coffee bar for the customers. Xoxo...
