Heartland Vet Care Reviews

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We’ve been patients at Heartland for over 4 years now and have a great experience every time. I called in this morning (Friday) to see if they were able to see my cat for an allergic reaction and they were able to see us within 3 hours of calling for a same-day/urgent appt. Dr. Erin & tech Aubrey were incredibly thorough & knowledgeable with my cat. They didn’t make me feel rushed and went over pricing & treatment with me in detail. Dr. Sarah & tech Kristin have always been *amazing* with my dogs, listening closely to any of my concerns & answering the millions of questions I always have for them. They truly are a wonderful group at Heartland. We happily make an hour trip to be seen by the best!
June 27 · Mac ShultzWriting a review is not something I typically do. But I thought this should be shared. On September 4th I brought my cat Kahn in they had me in there within hours (doesn’t help I live 45-50 minutes away) I also apologize for not remembering names either. However I am deeply grateful for the vet and her staff. I had to unfortunately put my 3 year old baby down due to serious issues on 9/15. I am assuming the woman who was with me was a vet tech so i again apologize for not knowing the names was incredible. I am an ugly crier and she just said to me “let it all out this is hard” she was extremely comforting. Helped me hold him while he was passing. I’ve had had to put down a lot of animals these last years (old age or cancer and old age) but no one and I mean no one was as kind as the vet and her side kick while it was happening.. if in the event I choose to have another animal they will always be my go too. There isn’t a high enough rating for their compassion and professionalism. They took care of my boy and me. So I am forever thankful to have picked them. If you’re looking around just stop searching after you find this place. Because no one compares. This is the first vets office that didn’t treat him like a flashing dollar sign and actually took time with him.I’ve said it before and I’ll continue to say it. Thank you guys so much for what you did and helped guide my through.
September 18 · Kerri DawnOur precious kitten got attacked by some animal and we were searching for a vet to see her without having to go to an emergency vet. They had an opening and took care of our girl swiftly. She is feeling so much better and back to her sassy self! Thank you for everything !
May 14 · Mariah CainIt was our first time here and my wife said it was a wonderful experience with the vet and the vet techs that work there. She said that the doctor and Dani Smith were excellent with our little boy Winston. I saw some of the reviews that said it was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for not only with service but with the care of your fur baby. So I would like to thank the staff for their excellent service and care.
December 29 · James TedderThey took fantastic care of Loki. Unfortunately he had bladder stones the diet did not dissolve. My pets have been a client here for years. They are very kind and compassionate. I usually give them a budget and they stay in it. I Unfortunately had to apply for care credit for this surgery but we got him taken care of!Update a year after Lokis surgery, they are still as wonderful as ever. Dr Erin is amazing and so compassionate.
