When checking out the other day, 9/30/2025 I asked the clerk Sarah if the store was under new management. She said yes. My reply was I thought so because the store is the cleanest and most organized since I started shopping there in 2023. Congratulations 🎉

I went in here to ask questions about fish recently and the worker Ryan, was very rude to me. I asked if there was another worker and was told only he knew aquatics. The last time I was here I was helped by someone who knew a lot more about aquatics and was very helpful so I was hoping she’d be there to help. I don’t remember her name but I described how she looked. They told me this person no longer works there but she seemed to be the only one who was ever willing to help me when I came in there. Everyone else always ignored me pretending to be busy. The workers here really need to learn customer service. When I got to the checkout and asked the cashier Aden to speak to the manager he told me the manager was making a “quick dollar tree run” and would be back soon. How are they even allowed to leave their workers in the store alone like that? And to make things worse, the cashier even seemed brand new at this! I will be switching to Petsmart after this experience.

Unfortunately I do not have the ability to leave 0 stars. Never been talked to so rudely for being 7 minutes late! What was really upsetting on how Michelle handled the situation was the fact that I have Unfortunately been late almost 20 minutes before and my dog was taken. But today it was an issue because she wanted to leave early and was short handed due to someone calling out. No reason to yell at me. I will not bring her back and suggest others look elsewhere if considering this particular location. I like to stay positive. In 10 years I've posted 52 reviews only 2 negative the MVD and Petco if that tells you anything.

What an awesome experience! The staff at Petco’s grooming salon in south chandler are awesome! Dillon was our groomer and he was so helpful in making a plan for our pups as well as executing and delivering quality service. We were also greeted by a very sweet young woman who loved on our nervous chihuahua and made him feel so comfortable and loved. I can’t express how pleased I was with our experience yesterday. I also have to share that we have always found quality and integrity with the Petco grooming salon. I’m not sure how they find their staff or their hiring process but keep it up!! 👌🏻We will be back even though this location is not the closest to our home. Thanks again Petco!

It seems like a good store to me, clean, with a good variety, it was not disorganized, the cashier was friendly. They have a variety of pets for sale. my daughters love to go there and see animals.
