★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I found Great Hearts through the AZ Beagle Rescue. My foster had a very severe case of heartworm. Although it isn't common in AZ, Dr. Lim was knowledgeable and consulted with a cardiologist to make sure Millie was able to get through the treatment safely. She came through and then had to have a bunch of dental work (7 teeth removed). They have been so compassionate and caring to Millie and have answered my many questions. I am so thankful that they were the recommended vet in our area for the rescue. Dr. Lim, Ali, and Amber are true gems.
August 05 · Amanda QuintanaGreat Hearts is an Amazing, small veterinary office that really makes you feel at home. Dr. Lim is one of the most compassionate, calm, and gentle people I’ve ever come across. She connects with people and animals on such a unique way, and cares deeply for each one she comes across. My fur babies, Bem, Flora, and Oliver, are so lucky to have her! Thank you for everything.
August 05 · Marissa UrbanoGreat Hearts Animal Hospital is great. They are so friendly and really take the time to explain everything to us. We take our 2 dogs and 1 cat here and we wouldn’t take them anywhere else.
February 16 · Kelly MontefourI was unable to get into my normal vet, but needed to get my dog seen. Great Hearts was recommended to me and after looking at the reviews, I knew this would be a good place to take my Rocky. I could not be more impressed. From my first phone call to make an appointment the service was top notch. Once at the facility the vet tech was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Lim herself so so kind and caring and really took her time with us. The staff made a bad situation manageable and I really appreciated it.
January 06 · Jamie BarmachWe can't thank Dr. Lim enough. Our Gunner was adopted from the neighbors one day before he was going to be euthanized. We took him to Dr. Lim 2 days later. Gunner has skin infections, he is anemic and he tested positive for Valley Fever. He probably had Valley Fever for years. The previous Vet never diagnosed it. When we took him he was not walking, not eating and he was all itchy from allergies. He is now doing well thanks to Dr. Lim.He still has a long way to go but he has the best care a dog could ask for.If you need an amazing and experienced veterinarian in Chandler, AZ go to Dr. Lim. She saved Gunner's life. Her team is also amazing, they care. From Gunner: "I am strong enough now to sit by the car window and watch the sunset. Anne is a good driver, although her husband may disagree. I am not a service dog, this is my Halloween costume. Love, Gunner."Just want to add an update: Gunner has been in doctor Lim's care for almost 5 months now. His last blood work showed great improvement. I wish I could give her 2x 5 stars for helping me keep Gunner alive and healthy. Thank you always!
