SICSA Pet Adoption and Wellness Center Veterinary Clinic Introduce
For pet lovers across the Miami Valley and surrounding Ohio communities, the SICSA Pet Adoption and Wellness Center is much more than just a veterinarian; it is a vital community resource. Located in Washington Township, the SICSA Veterinary Clinic operates with a unique, mission-driven focus: to promote the welfare and adoption of companion animals and nurture loving, lifelong relationships between animals and people. This commitment translates into providing accessible, high-quality, and often affordable veterinary care to the public.
The facility itself is part of a larger, non-profit organization that has been a well-respected force in animal welfare in the Dayton area for 50 years. This background in shelter medicine and community outreach imbues their public-facing clinic with a deep sense of compassion and a commitment to helping pets stay in their loving homes. The team of experienced, highly skilled veterinarians and support staff are dedicated to delivering exceptional medical services, ensuring your cat or dog receives the best possible treatment, whether for a routine check-up or a non-urgent illness.
The philosophy here is simple: every pet deserves a chance at a long, healthy life, regardless of their owner's financial situation. This is why the clinic has made significant strides in offering programs like high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter services and their Community Veterinary Care program, which directly assists pet owners in need. For those of us in Ohio who view our pets as essential family members, having access to such a dedicated and affordable resource is invaluable.
The excellent care and patient-first approach are frequently highlighted in customer feedback. Clients often praise the staff's kindness and loving approach, even mentioning how "shocked" they were by the reasonable pricing of treatments, such as a low-cost antibiotic for a sick cat. Beyond the compassionate treatment during the visit, clients have noted the "great follow up" after the appointment, a clear indication that "They really do care." This combination of advanced care, cleanliness (the facility is described as "hospital clean"), and a genuine heart for animals makes the SICSA clinic a highly recommended choice.
The comprehensive service list covers the spectrum of general pet health, from essential preventative medicine to the management of chronic conditions, all delivered by a professional team in a state-of-the-art facility. By choosing SICSA, Ohio pet owners are not only investing in their own pet's health but are also supporting a non-profit mission that benefits the wider animal community across the region.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Our miniature Goldendoodle lost a few pounds here but didn't have any complaints. In general, there was great communication. They do not open the doors in the morning before 07:15 am, so arriving early isn't advantageous. The place is hospital clean. The documentation you'll receive mention an E-collar. This is short for Elizabethean collar -- I've always known it as The Cone of Shame. We also experienced great follow up after the visit. They really do care. 👍🏿
October 13 · Randy SEverybody that has seen my cat was kind and loving. I'm so glad I brought him here. I would recommend this place to anybody if they have an animal that has an injury or needs shots. Everything is so reasonably priced.I was shocked when she told me.His treatment was only twelve dollars for antibiotics.
October 03 · m josephEveryone was very friendly and made sure the we understood everything prior to our adoption. They have called several times to make sure that the transition was successful and always asked if they could provide any additional assistance or support with our new family members. All the animals are well kept and looked after. The SICA team made sure that we were aware of any medical conditions prior to our adoption.
September 22 · Scott SingerA couple months ago we took in a stray cat, named her Misty... We weren't able to afford a vet, but I came across Sicsa's low cost vet clinic while searching up places I could take Misty too without having to worry about not being able to afford it, and it was a heaven sent. We we're able to get Misty's shots, flea treatment, and they even checked if she was spayed, all for $20. We made a follow-up appointment at their veterinarian for booster shots and it only cost us around $35. The only downside is that I wasn't able to go back with Misty for her follow-up but I understand it's probably for safety reasons that they only take the pet back, plus the follow up was only for some booster shots so it doesn't bother me that much and I know they'll take care of her. Thanks to them we were able to get our Misty girl her shots and make sure she was healthy. Couldn't be more grateful for them! Added a Picture of our Misty girl below!
November 02 · Trinity DavisFrom the moment I scheduled my puppy for spay to arriving to check her in, picking her up and how awesome the vet was with her incisions. Everything went exactly as the website states, exactly!!! Reasonable prices and excellent care by vet tech, administrative staff. Thank you for everything.
