★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Cheyenne was completely comfortable. She greeted everyone. she's normally scared. The best visit she's ever had at a vet's office. She just loved the vibe 😁💕. The staff is awesome.
September 26 · Teresa DoddIt says a lot, if your dog looks forward to going to the vet! If your dog doesn't get low, to do full-body-wag excitement, you should probably try this place out. It's seriously one of her FAVORITE places to go, to see all of the vets who dote on my pup and spoil her with treats! While Union Pet Hospital may not the cheapest vet in town (extraneous variable may also be my high maintenance Frenchie), it'd be difficult to put a monetary value on the "care, love, and professionalism the staff offer". It's by far the best medical care and TLC your pet can receive, in the area - you get what you pay for. It doesn't matter what veterinary doctor or vet tech you're scheduled with; they're ALL amazing. While I feel like I've got a pretty cute dog (as we all do), I'm confident that you could bring in ANY mangled or crazy pet, and these women would make you feel like they've never met a pet that they felt was cuter, that they loved more, and want to care for - the best they possibly can. Kind of like going to Grandma's House: I'm pretty sure everyone who walks in there feels like [their pet is] their favorite... It's the care and love they offer with the service. My last visit (as I spoke with the vet), the tech sat in the floor for probably 10 minutes, loving on my dog, petting her, letting her kiss on her, and wrestling with her (as if she was her own)... Thanks for playing with and loving on my "cute but wild pup"! She's obsessed with all of you!
May 09 · Meredith NewmanWe gladly drive over 45 minutes to go here. Truly such amazing vets. They were so great with our anxious, dog-aggressive dog. When they found cancer, they were so thorough and compassionate, squeezed us in even when they were full, took all of our concerns seriously, followed up with us to see how we were doing, and gave us the best referrals. When we took our other dog there, they caught things that other vets had missed or blown off for years, and gave us tips on how to care for his mental and emotional state. Normally, he's pretty anxious at the vet, but he was wagging his tail so much that it affected his EKG :)
June 18 · Nicole KassSigned up for the wellness plan which gets you free exams for $41 a month. Had an urgent issue with our pup and they said sorry we can only see your dog today if we schedule it as an urgent visit (e.g screw your wellness plan we want more money). Kerra Alexander is allegedly office manager and although I didn’t get the honor of speaking to her directly about the policy I’m confident this practice is in it for the money instead of love for our animals after today’s experience.
August 30 · Tommy BarnhorstOur 16 year old dachshund had been a patient there for 3 years. He received wonderful care and the staff and Doctors were thorough, compassionate, and were always clear in their explanations and offered all options for his care. This gave us all the information needed each time a decision was to be made. Our sweet dog was given the very best care and when it became clear it was his time after his diagnosis with liver cancer, the goodbye process was handled with, kindness, patience, and heartfelt compassion . Dr Carey and select staff stayed extra hours on a Friday afternoon so we could say goodbye to Copper among familiar faces and his hospital “friends”. Union Pet Hospital is top notch! Yup
