Key highlights include:
- AAHA Accreditation: This is a crucial distinction. As an AAHA-accredited animal hospital, it adheres to over 900 standards covering all aspects of a veterinary practice, from facility standards to surgical protocols, signifying a dedication to superior quality medical care.
- Full-Service Pet Resort: The combination of a high-standard veterinary hospital with a dedicated Pet Boarding service and Doggie Daycare is exceptionally convenient. This ensures pets needing medication or specialized monitoring while their owners are away receive professional, consistent care from veterinary staff, not just kennel attendants.
- Advanced In-House Diagnostics: The facility is equipped with an In House Laboratory and Digital X-Rays, enabling the veterinary team to perform immediate blood tests, urinalysis, and imaging. This is critical, especially in Urgent Care and Emergency Cases, allowing for rapid diagnosis and treatment initiation when every minute counts.

- Deep Doctor-Client Relationship: Customer testimonials consistently highlight the long-term, compassionate bonds formed with the veterinarians, such as the doctor who spent "countless hours" with an owner over a year to ensure the best final year for their elderly cat. This level of personalized, unhurried attention provides "priceless" peace of mind.
- Commitment to Continuing Education: The hospital emphasizes Continuing Education for its staff, ensuring the team remains current on the latest treatment methods and innovative procedures in veterinary medicine.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We were nervous when finding a vet for our first dog. From our first visit, the team has made it a breeze. We feel safe taking our dog here. The Vet team has given great diagnoses and supported us through Cooper’s health journey. Cooper feels incredibly safe here, and as a pet owner, that peace of mind is priceless.
May 14 · Morgan ShoresDr. Williams spent countless hours with me over a year to give me the best final year with my soul cat. We went over every option to keep her happy, comfy, and healthy. Cats can’t live forever and when my sweet girl passed the clinic reached out to me to let me know how sorry they were. It can be hard to find a vet you’re comfortable with, but I can’t imagine taking my pets anywhere else.
October 04 · megan kingWe’ve taken our dogs here for everything from routine checks and shots to nail trims to bee sting swelling. The staff and vet techs are always kind and accommodating! Thanks for all you’ve done for our pups!
August 01 · Aly SlobodzianDr Bley and her tech were great! I needed a simple exam for Rx food and she took the time to do a head to tail exam and answered all my questions. I will bring my other dogs here when they need it. 10/10 would recommend this clinic and Dr.
June 11 · Kellie CullerThe new owners of this establishment exhibit unprofessional conduct, lack of trustworthiness, and excessive pricing. Regrettably, as a paying customer, you are subject to hidden fees, which may not be immediately apparent and could result in incorrect charges. The new doctors fall into the same category as Dr. Williams, who provides inaccurate professional advice, and Dr. Bley will cover for Dr. Williams.I brought my kitten, whom I rescued from the streets, to the clinic., I had hoped to receive proper care. Unfortunately, my new kitten had ringworm, a condition I had never encountered before. Dr. Williams asserted that my dog would not contract this illness. However, my dog did indeed contract ringworm.I demanded that the clinic assume the financial responsibility for the incorrect professional advice provided.Dr. Williams denied making such a statement, and Dr. Bley repeatedly evaded accountability by claiming that she had not witnessed a dog in the clinic contract ringworm from a cat in over 10 years.I attempted to resolve this issue through the chain of command, contacting the office manager and then the regional manager, but my efforts were futile. It appears that the clinic is indifferent to the well-being of its animals and customers. They simply dismiss your concerns by asking, “Where do you want us to send your animal records?” They lack empathy, compassion and genuine care for your pet. I hope this helps someone out there not experience this tragedy.
