★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I took my pup, Daisy Sue, in today for an infected toe. The staff were so welcoming and made me feel at ease as it’s always rough bringing Daisy to the vet as she doesn’t get along with other dogs. Dr. Nemeth was awesome and informative and didn’t try to sell me on anything but what Daisy Sue really needed to heal. This was such a different experience from what I’ve dealt with at other vets. I will only bring my pup here from here on out. Such a great experience ❤️ Thank you Family VetCare!
June 10 · Andrea CharlesAmazing staff! Petsmart was unable to trim my rescue dogs nails, but Family Vetcare got it done without using any sedatives, in under 2 minutes!
October 03 · JP DyamentFor many years, Family Vet Chandler has been our trusted choice for pet care, including for my senior companion and previous fur babies. I've consistently appreciated the respectful treatment and genuine care from both the doctors and staff. Unfortunately, my last couple of visits have been profoundly disappointing. While the receptionists and nurses continue to provide excellent service, my experience with Dr. Patrick was deeply unsatisfactory. She displayed a clear disconnect with my pet and a noticeable lack of concern and empathy towards my husband and me. Her examination was notably incomplete, consisting merely of listening to breathing and feeling behind the ears, omitting a full assessment.Despite my pet having visited the clinic three times this year, a significant heart issue was never brought to our attention. This oversight is particularly alarming given that we explicitly informed Dr. Patrick about our pet's emergency surgery and recent anesthesia just four weeks prior. It wasn't until the nurse re-entered the room that we had the opportunity to detail the recent surgery. The nurse was notably empathetic and even offered to contact the emergency vet facility where the surgery took place. The nurse then informed us about the charges for X-rays. Due to the immediate cost, we were unable to proceed at that moment and explained we could return in two days. Dr. Patrick's response was shockingly dismissive: "If you can't afford this here, there's a cheaper vet up the street." This comment was exceptionally rude and unwarranted, especially since money has never been an issue during our previous visits.I would never trust any of my pets at this facility again. Family Vet (Chandler location) has lost a long-standing customer, and I will actively share my experience regarding this out-of-touch, insensitive, unprofessional, and uncaring doctor.
August 06 · R Johnson*Dr jones has been great the last almost 8 years.*The vet clinic overall has gone downhill, I am not happy with their prices at all. I am not happy with how pushy they are.*I did not like Dr Day/Dae, she was very pushy and not very empathetic/sympathetic.*Quoted us almost $6,000 for a torn CCL*Quoted us almost $1,000 for our 20 Lb puppy neuter (This is class A price gauging)We have 2 dogs with FamilyVetcare, we have withdrawn both our pups medical records and will NOT be returning nor will we be recommending this Vet to anyone.
September 11 · CaitlynMy sweet pup, Jake, has been seeing Dr. Jones for over 5 years. We've lived all over the Valley, but we continue to make the drive from wherever we are... because Dr. Jones and team are THAT good.Outside of a couple major dentals, Jake has always been healthy. Unfortunately, we faced the unimaginable this year: a cancerous lump. Dr. Jones performed surgery, and then recommended us to one of her awesome specialty colleagues when his case got complicated. I know how unbelievably busy veterinarians are, yet Dr. Jones ALWAYS made time to talk through options, check pictures I sent over, and answer my millions of questions. The Family VetCare of Chandler team loved Jake as hard as I did through it, and we're officially on the other side. When Jake grew another weird lump a couple months later, they got us in right away (this time with Dr. Nemeth who is just as lovely) and thoroughly evaluated every bump I was concerned about. He's fine, but it meant so much to me that they took my concerns seriously.Their prices are fair, and the whole team is top-notch. I couldn't ask for a better partner in keeping my best friend healthy and happy!
