For pet owners and animal lovers across Indiana, finding compassionate, quality, and affordable veterinary services is a top priority. In the heart of Richmond, the **Animal Care Alliance** stands out as a unique resource, blending the essential services of a professional animal hospital with the community-focused mission of an animal welfare organization. As a non-profit dedicated to the health and well-being of companion animals and local wildlife, the organization has established itself as a vital part of the Wayne County community and surrounding regions.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Last week,I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put my dog to sleep, and the team at Animal Care Alliance was truly amazing. They were compassionate, patient, and so gentle with both my dog and me during such a difficult time. They treated my fur baby with the utmost care and respect, and that meant the world to me. I’m so grateful for the kindness and understanding they showed—this is a place that truly cares about animals and the people who love them.
August 26 · Christina PeacockSuch a big help, we had some cats (3) dumped at our house and they all had kittens (12). The fixed them for a very reasonable price. The girl that took care of us was so sweet, thank you for your help.
September 07 · Tabatha RobertsI love this place! You can tell the people that really care. They make keeping your pets healthy affordable. They have a cat room my daughter and I just love. We volunteer to go in and love on the kitties. They animals sheltered there are very well taken care of. There are plenty of loving animals needing homes. They do a great job caring for their animals and yours.
March 26 · Charles MurrayI hope and pray you’re able to find another vet that is also an orthopedic surgeon with a helping hand to help take off some pressure for your vet now.Grace, patience, kindness, compassion, understanding, true care, joy and peace are very important. I pray you help all with no judgment and be open to all with no circumstances. Thank you for what you do, we appreciate you. God bless you. 💜☀️
July 04 · *Took my cat here to get neutered. For days and days he won't eat, he's lethargic and uncomfortable. The first night he was in total distress, yowling and panicking. They said they gave him a pain shot that lasts 4 days and he's still struggling with the anesthesia. I believe they use way too much anesthetic and I wish they would have just given us pain pills. We took his brothers to Sicsa in Montgomery county and had none of these issues. They woke up fine and took their pain meds and ate just fine. This place also tipped his ear which was NOT discussed with us and was very shocking to see when we got home and were not expecting. I understand the reasoning but they need to communicate/ask first. Never going back here again and I hope, after reading other reviews, they didn't do something that he can't recover from. Will be contacting another vet for advice/help to try and get him better.
