July 21 · Luna SicilianiI had my Cats nails trimmed, he wouldn't have it, so Vet had to gas him for $58.64, no problem, I told them to, had to be done right...however, they also charged me for the nail trim, another $28.In the end, I paid $86.64 for a nail trim, that's just not right. Extremely overpriced. This review will only allow me to Select 'Birds' what about Cat/Dog Services...I'll start going to the Humane Society, they Neutered my 4 mth Kitten for a 3rd of the price as this Vet, and Immunizations are only $18, well worth the drive.Just Sayin'.
September 03 · Lucie ShueHave been a client for years. These lovely ladies & kind men have taken care of my doggies for too many year's ❤️ thank you so much for all you do
April 06 · Dawn M GrayI switched to this vet after an issue with my previous vet. I have been coming here a while. It was great. They took wonderful care of my animals. After they got bought out, it seems they have lost touch with taking care of the animals and the concerns of the owner. It is as if you are a number. You are packed into a full waiting room, they get you into the exam room and they muzzle your dog and drag them away. The staff seems overwhelmed and overworked. My dogs do not need to be muzzled at the new place I go. They are very attentive and take time with my babies.I gave a three star as before the change you took great care of my pets, weren't forgetful, shots were on schedule and I remember the care that was given when my beautiful baby midnight passed away. If I had to lose my baby now, I would be terrified as to what you guys could put me through without some compassion.
December 07 · Jenna STook our dog there for an obvious UTI and they did a stool and urine test and charged us $50 for each test. No prices were ever discussed until checkout. If it weren't for the fact that Sisca was so booked out for the concern we needed, we would've gone to Sisca! We are blessed that we were able to find our dog help and relief, but the fact that you're clearly over pricing your services is crazy. There are people that truly depend on cheaper options, however this is not a cheap option. We just want to keep our pets healthy at a cheaper option in this bad climate of money being brought in. Keep the shelter rates down by keeping vet options more affordable.
