She and her dedicated staff emphasize building trust and personal relationships, ensuring that both you and your pet feel respected and comfortable during every visit. While most experiences are positive—with many clients noting the calm and gentle approach of the staff with nervous dogs—the clinic acknowledges the importance of communication during unexpected events, such as when an emergency or End-Of-Life Care situation extends a client’s wait time. They strive to offer not just clinical skill but a supportive, communicative environment for all their Ohio clients.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Showed up at 220 for a 2:30 appointment sat in the room until 3:10 and could hear them out carrying on and talking. And we're just left to sit long enough. That my dog fell asleep on the table. Nobody came till i walked out and said I needed to leave. Then they claimed it was a euthanasia that went longer.... then COMMUNICATE. BUT I COULD HEAR THEM TALKING AND LAUGHING AND CARRYING ON WHILE I'M SITTING IN THE ROOM WAITING SO....My.Puppy fell asleep on the table. That's how long we were there.Stay away, your time doesnt matter. Only thing that does is the ladies at the desk bullshitting while you wait.
June 19 · amanda b.I have always had a great experience here. I have a very nervous dog, and his vet is very calm and gentle with him, and it makes my dog feel comfortable. The vet is also very informative with her diagnosis.
June 13 · Elizabeth MowenThis place gives no care or concern for injured animals. I live less than a mile away, found an injured stray; explained I don’t have time (with my busy work schedule) to drive an hour in order to help a stray but would pay for him to be seen and was told I’d have to schedule an appointment. I guess they’d prefer you kill strays instead take money to help them.
July 08 · Allen HicksWe went in to unfortunately put our dog down due to old age and other health reasons. We waited over 30 minutes past our appointment time until we were seen by the Dr. I understand giving families time with their animal, but also it can be worst for them to wait too (it was in our situation because our dog gets anxious at the vet). When Dr. Paige came into the room she could barely walk and said her equilibrium had been off from being sick. I understand you can’t control your illness, but that does not bring someone comfort when they are with their last moments with their animal. It brought more anxiety to the situation at hand. Her hands were shaking when doing the injection. If you are not feeling well you should not be working and should reschedule things if needed, this was not an emergent situation. I had to keep asking what was going on during the process because she was not explaining anything. I even had to ask if he was feeling any pain because she did not say. She had to get more “solution” to complete the process because his veins kept blowing. I know that is not her fault but some explanation during it would have been appreciated. I felt like there was no empathy from Dr. Paige. As our family was crying while she shaved his fur to get being access she said “you have some really thick fur” it seemed like an inappropriate comment to make at the time. It was not sympathetic to the individuals crying over saying goodbye to their dog. Once the process was over, my family member moved our dog’s leg so that it seemed comfortable. It never felt like Dr. Paige was concerned about his comfort. This seemed like something she just needed to do today. Our dog deserved better than what he got. Correction, ANY dog deserves better than what we experienced today and so does the family experiencing it. The rest of her staff were kind throughout, but they weren’t the ones conducting the end of life process. We have other animals we bring here but will be looking for another vet as soon as possible. I will not be recommending this office to anyone.
December 27 · Regan SpoltmanWe've been bringing our fur babies to see Dr. Paige for years and we love it there.
