★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My wife and I brought our little boy Chico in the other day. Chico was 15 years old , diabetic and partially blind. He was having terrible seizures it was horrific and traumatic to witness. I ran in to the front desk I was crying and hysterical. The calmly assessed Chico and they were able to stop the seizures but it was too late for my little boy. The vet explained our options and it was decided that it was best to let God have Chico. My wife and I were able to say goodbye in a most caring, respectful and dignified way. The vet and the staff were very caring and sympathetic to our needs. And they genuinely showed compassion and care for our little boy. I am devastated and heartbroken beyond words but the staff helped us through a very bad situation. I appreciate your kindness and compassion. Thank God there are still kind and decent people in a world that has such wickedness and uncertainty. Thanks again for helping us make a difficult decision. And thanks for showing humanity in an animal world and in his last moments. God Bless you all.
June 22 · David ThompsonI had extreme anxiety having to take my cat in and as soon as I walked through the front door, my anxiety went away. The facility is very clean, the staff were extremely professional and compassionate, and I was not pressured into having costly surgeries conducted. I highly recommend VCA to anyone in need if an emergency veterinarian!
September 09 · Kellie RexrodeMy dogs have all received amazing care here. I want to say thank you to the veterinarian and all the staff that worked at Feb 28th 2025 at 10pm. My dog was in crises. I had to make the decision to let her cross over the rainbow bridge. Everyone was so very supportive, Compassionate went above and beyond to comfort my dog and myself. The staff did not hesitate a second to climb in my backseat to safely get her out of my car so they could get her checked in. The Veterinarian was so kind about the assessment and options. They brought my baby girl back to me on her bed with a cozy blanket over her. I was given time to say good bye and spend as much time with her as I needed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
March 04 · Bette DalineDon't be fooled by the marketing, clean and modern facility, or the friendly staff. We spent $1800 at 1 visit for x-rays, labs, exams, and other tests for our dog to remain undiagnosed. Then we were told the doctor would make follow-up calls to advise us of the next steps. No return call has been received in 6 days even though I have called 3 times requesting information. Each time I was told the doctor is either off, left for the day, or was too busy with other animals to call back. Choose another facility if you truly love your pet because they don't.
August 29 · FAY E.I’ve had to bring several of my pets to VCA over the years, and let’s be honest—bringing a pet to the ER is never easy. The staff here has always been warm, compassionate, and reassuring, taking excellent care of my dogs and calming my own worries in the process.Recently, I’ve been bringing my senior Chihuahua, Polly, after she began having seizures. The doctors take the time to clearly explain what’s happening and outline the next steps, and I’ve never once felt rushed or pressured into unnecessary treatments. They’re truly wonderful people who care deeply about both pets and their owners. I’m grateful for the care they’ve given Polly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
