Woodstock Spay & Neuter Clinic Introduce
For decades, pet owners in the Bluegrass region have recognized the critical need for accessible, high-quality, and affordable veterinary care. The Woodstock Spay & Neuter Clinic, located in the heart of Lexington, Kentucky, has risen to meet this challenge. Operating under the umbrella of the non-profit Woodstock Animal Foundation, Inc., this facility is much more than just a spay/neuter center; it is a full-service animal hospital and a vital community resource dedicated to reducing pet overpopulation and ensuring all companion animals receive essential care.
The clinic’s foundation is built on a dual mission: to provide high-quality, low-cost sterilization services and to offer general veterinary care by appointment. This model is revolutionary in the local animal welfare landscape, allowing responsible pet owners access to preventative and medical services without the financial burden often associated with full-service clinics. Their commitment to treating all animals with compassion extends even to community strays, which, as local users have noted, demonstrates a genuine and encompassing kindness from Dr. Graham and the dedicated staff.

They understand the emotional connection between pets and their humans, providing a clean environment and professional procedures while remaining transparent about their mission and affordable pricing. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Much to our chagrin, we took our sweet 27 month old purebred Portuguese Water Dog to get “fixed” and he wasn’t even broken until”broken.” The Woodstock Spay and Neuter Clinic was very professional and caring and understanding. The place was very clean and the staff was friendly. We left knowing he was in good hands. The cost of the procedure was under $100 too. Despite the healing process afterwards, we picked him up confident in knowing they did a good job.
October 14 · David Kravetz (Sumoflam)Dr. Graham and her staff are wonderful. I have been there several times and they are all very kind, caring, and good at what they do. I took three trap, neuter, release kitties there and they care just as much about the strays as they do the fur babies with homes. Prices are very reasonable and the quality is high. I've taken some of my other furbabies there and every person I've encountered have been genuinely kind and compassionate.
September 19 · Jackie ESo fortunate to have found this Lexington organization! My observation is that they are hardworking, knowledgeable, caring, thoughtful regarding their precious animals. We adopted recently and were guided, helped, accommodated so beautifully. Our new family member has made herself at home with us and her 'big sister"! A big Thank You to all, including her 'foster Mom' for this sweet 'baby'!
July 10 · Melinda HarnedLinda, the vet tech here, is amazing. I have a reactive dog, and she helped me in every way that she could. She reassured me about my dog and how I am handling him because it's not always easy, and it truly made my week. When you are looking for a vet, you want one who is compassionate and cares about your dog like their own, and I can say I would and can trust Linda wholeheartedly. She has a heart for dogs, and she cares. Thank you for your kind words, Linda! Give this lady a raise!!!!! She deserves it!
June 15 · Abbegail GreeneI take both my dog and cat here, my sister has taken 3 dogs and a cat here. I always recommend this place to anyone that has a pet because they are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and caring (like a great vet should be). They are EXTREMELY REASONABLY PRICED, which definitely makes them busier. That tells me they care more about your pets having affordable prices. I appreciate their service and kindness and also helping the pets feel comfortable. Great job!
