★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have known Ryan and Noah since childhood so I can attest to their genuine compassion and love for animals. Ryan took care of my oldest, Basil, when he was small and working in a different clinic several years ago, so I already knew my boys were in good hands. I was ecstatic once I realized they had opened their own clinic when I moved to Lexington a year ago. This time, Noah took wonderful care of my Amadeus. He made everything clear and easy to understand and was sure to answer all of my questions before we left. I will definitely be bringing Basil and Toulouse to see them when the need arises. I cannot recommend these two enough.Photos are of my boys for cat tax purposes.
July 11 · Michi EstesI cannot recommend Commonwealth enough. Dr. Ryan genuinely cares about your animals and will guide you through any stressful situation. The staff are also so nice and amazing at what they do. Thank you all so much for saving my dumb boy twice 🙏🏻
June 21 · Emily LaythamDr Ryan was recommended to me by another office a few years ago to perform my cat’s dental surgery. We had such an amazing experience with him and have used this office as our regular vet since. Not only is he kind, he is also knowledgeable and you can really tell he cares about the animals he treats. We’ve thankfully not had to be seen much by the vet, but I know that should it be needed, my babies are in great hands. Our last visit, however, we saw Dr Noah with our other cat. Unfortunately, he had to give us the news that our sweet baby had cancer. Not only was he kind in such a trying time, he was supportive, understanding, knowledgeable, and reassuring to our decision to euthanize our baby as to not prolong our suffering. He gave us options unbiasedly, was kind, but let us know what the best path forward was, even if it was not news we wanted to hear. He and his staff made this heartbreaking and awful situation bearable. He cared for our baby, and also was very understanding when I was crying in the exam room when he had to give us the news of her diagnosis. I appreciate him so much for how he handled providing such awful news, offering to speak with my husband via phone call to explain the information he’d given to me that I was unable to due to my emotional state and give his honest opinion. His reassurance and kindness is a big part of what’s helped this terrible process. They also made the process of getting our baby’s remains seamless and gave us options as well. I will never take my animals to any other office or providers. I cannot state enough how helpful and compassionate this office has been in our times of need, and especially this most heartbreaking one. You can tell they not only care about animals, but the humans that love them too. We cannot begin to thank you enough. If you are looking for vet care for your animals and want an office that you can tell truly cares about them and you as your owner, you need to take your pets to this facility.
July 17 · Christina AbneyI can’t say enough good things about this vet clinic. They were so good to my fur baby woogy and cared for her to the very end. The vet kept me very informed of her condition and what to expect and how to handle end of life stages as an 18 year old cat. He was so empathetic to my pain. The office staff handled both me and woogy with care. Would bring any future pet to be cared for by this team
September 19 · Deb WithersI was referred to Commonwealth Animal Care by Blue Paw to address concerns about my cat’s voice, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Sallie, who I am currently working with, is incredibly informative, clearly explaining the next steps and providing transparent pricing. I feel comfortable and secure entrusting my “kids” here, knowing they are in capable and caring hands. If you’re looking for in-depth, attentive care for your fur babies, this is an excellent place to go. Highly recommend!
