★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My girl started sneezing and developed a red, itchy spot on her back on a Saturday. I called Banks Vet Clinic that Monday morning after I was unable to get into my regular vet in a timely manner. They scheduled me for an appointment within the hour and Dr. Hill was patient and explained everything so well! Turns out it was two issues happening simultaneously. She treated Sadie for both (saving us money by trusting her experience with something similar) and two weeks later, they called to check on her. She is doing well, and they now have a new client! Amazing place!
August 20 · Emily BrashearWhen my 15 year old dachshund got into a bag of dental treats on a weekend, the clinic was able to get me in first thing Monday morning. All of the staff I interacted with were so kind, and Dr. Husky was great with Charles! The pricing was good, too. They were great, I would definitely recommend them!
May 07 · Cambron JohnsonBank Veterinary is the best Vet we’ve ever had the pleasure doing business with. Dr. Banks is excellent, she is awesome and caring to our fur babies. We have had a horrific month in August, and she was caring and compassionate to our feelings and our girls. Thank you so very much, helping us through this difficult time. Wonderful veterinarian, and would give her our highest recommendation. Thank you and staff for all you do, means the World to us
August 25 · Susan CameronI came to Banks on the worst day a pet owner can have. I had to put my 15-year-old Cocoa down. I had never done this before and was pretty distraught throughout the whole experience. I can not speak more highly of every single staff member and the entire experience. They made sure Cocoa and I were comfortable, explained everything thoroughly and were very compassionate. I went to pick her back up today and was shocked by how great they took care of my sweet girl. The cremation came with a certificate, a paw print ornament, a paw and nose stamp and a tuft of hair as well as a beautiful box to hold the ashes. I appreciate everyone who assisted through this whole process. It was one of the worst days, but they handled everything with such care and grace. I can't express how much I appreciate each one of you. Thank you
June 30 · Erin Berlinso very thankful to have a vet we love and trust! i am holistic, even with my fur babies but when we need a little extra care banks is the best! they are quick to get you in, listen to concerns, avoid unnecessary costly tests/treatments, and are really sweet! i feel like i can be the ultimate decision maker yet trust their expertise :)
