★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. Burdick has been our vet for over 8 years. We trust her 100%. She is outstanding at diagnosing and treating our dogs. Prescribes only necessary medications and medical services which helps keeps costs down. Unbelievable compassionate care for our dogs… wouldn’t go anywhere else. Also, staff is extremely supportive and kind.
August 25 · Tracie ReedWe had an extreme medical emergency Saturday morning when we discovered that one, some or all four of our dogs might have eaten mouse poison. We rushed them all to Animal Hospital and arrived right at 8 AM. when it opened. Dr. Stacey Burdick took decisive action when she saw the type of poison that had been consumed. The staff immediately jumped into action even though we didn't have an appointment and they were already booked. Were it not for the quick response and loving care the entire staff of Animal Hospital provided, we would probably have lost Willow, our beloved little Sheltie/billie goat.. Fortunately Willow was the only one who ate the poison(All four had to be treated since we weren't sure until after they had been treated, if they had consumed the poison). I cannot say enough good things about Animal Hospital and Doctor Burdick. They have always been there for us and our fur babies when we needed them. Don't hesitate to take your pets to The Animal Hospital of Nicholasville.
September 29 · Brian GoettlWent here for a second opinion on my cats ACL tear. Doctor Fox and the whole staff were wonderful. The clinic itself was very nice and inviting. I’ve been going to my same Vet for 39 years but I actually moved 45 minutes away from my vet nine years ago and continued to still go to them because I love them so much. But it is a hardship on my animals, and me!, to drive that far so I will be swapping all my animals permanently to the Animal Hospital of Nicholasville!
July 10 · nangivhan1From the time I called around looking for availability for a six week old rescue kitten to be seen, up until he was seen a few days later and after, the staff has been absolutely wonderful and very pleasant. They were so very accommodating in getting me in very quickly to get this kitten seen as he was ill. I am so thankful for this facility and its staff.
August 11 · Amy WithamMy partner and I had a really heartwarming experience here.We had a minor emergency with one of our dogs, who cut his paw pretty badly while running around outside. We were visiting from out of town, so we weren't familiar with any of the vets in the area, but the folks we were staying with recommended this animal hospital, so we drove straight over.Even though we showed up unexpectedly, without an appointment or any health records, everyone there went out of there way to make us feel welcome and safe. They ended up keeping our little guy for surgery so they could apply stitches, and everything went smoothly! They sent us home with a sheet of aftercare instructions that have been super helpful and easy to understand. Our little guy is now back at home, happily chewing on a bully stick as if nothing had happened.Massive thank you to everyone at the animal hospital who helped that day!
