★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I struggled with the decision to put our 14 year old family dog to rest. When it became clear it was her time I faced another hurdle, finding somewhere that would provide our dog with the dignity she deserved without charging an outrageous amount of money. I had my reservations when choosing to take her to the Arizona Humane Society but today when I had to take her the staff was 100% everything I had hoped they would be. They were courteous and considerate of my time, they explained the entire process in detail, and when the time came they were EXTREMELY professional and most importantly kind, carring, and empathetic to both my needs as well as the needs of our dog. Thank you for showing so much understanding and for doing so much to help this unbelievablely difficult experience be just a tiny bet less heartbreaking, for both of us. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND bringing your animals here.
September 29 · JayThey keep it very clean. Girls in the front are very polite. I have only needed to get vaccines so they just take my dog to the back do whats needed and bring him back to me. Its very quick longest wait time was 10 mins most.
September 24 · Sara BeeHands down the best place to take your pet. I called the Arizona Humane Society during an incredibly difficult time with my dog, Roxy. Not only did they get me in immediately, but their compassion, professionalism, and support helped me make one of the hardest decisions of my life regarding her health. They even reimbursed me for the doctor’s appointment and applied it toward the cost of euthanasia. Their kindness and understanding made all the difference. I’m beyond grateful for the care they gave to Roxy and the respect they showed us both.
June 27 · David BrzezinskiThey are the absolute best! Im so impressed by everyone is came in contact with.
September 08 · JoAnne KosseI had a fantastic experience at the Humane Society! From the moment I arrived for my scheduled appointment, everything was smooth and efficient. I was taken straight to the back at my appointment time, and I didn’t have to wait long in the exam room before the tech came in. The entire process—from exams to bloodwork—was quick, and they promptly returned with the diagnosis and next steps for my dog.Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, approachable, and made me feel comfortable. Unlike some other vet clinics, I never felt pressured or awkward. One of the standout features of their service is their telehealth sessions, which are quick, easy, and convenient for getting expert advice without a long wait—definitely a plus! The only hiccup I experienced was with the assistance program. I had applied but didn’t realize I needed to mention it, so the staff wasn’t aware, and I ended up paying full price. That was likely my oversight, but it’s something to keep in mind for future visits.Overall, I absolutely love this place and will continue coming back. Their friendly atmosphere and efficient service made all the difference!
