They explain everything step by step and make sure you understand everything about your pets health. They do no push unnecessary procedures or test. They give you options for care and help do what's best for your pet. I recommend this place for all pets and will continue always to bring my pets here.
May 05 · C WillWe’ve been loyal to this vet hospital for 9 years. Given them thousands of our dollars. Today i was running behind on a scheduled appt. so i called to ensure it was still ok i bring our dog in having taken full responsibility for being late. They ensured me it was still ok to come in, but that i just might need to wait a little longer. I showed up, the doctor had left the building and i received no phone call and was told “well you’re late.” All of that after i called to make sure i could still come in. Insanely rude and unacceptable in my opinion. I’ll gladly be switching vets and giving my thousands to someone else. To add: every time i come in they’re always late and make me wait. Last appointment we had, i received a call our boy was ready to be picked up and they made me sit in the lobby for an hour. So it’s ok if they’re running behind but not me… got it
September 30 · justin casaubonSUPER disappointing…I used to take my cats here and really loved them. I haven’t been for a long time and called today with a semi serious vomiting issue with my cat that they haven’t seen yet.I don’t know if they just don’t need the business or if it was just the receptionist I spoke to. But she essentially just blew off the situation. She had zero concern…She said I would need to have them email me paperwork and then they would get him entered and when they have all that done then they would contact me to schedule something for him. But if I wanted him seen today it “probably” wouldn’t happen. -Which is all fine-if they are busy I get it…but she was literally DISCOURAGING me from moving forward to setting an appointment or trying to get him in. As if she didn’t want to be bothered and totally apathetic.Meanwhile vomiting in cats over a period of time can be quite dangerous for them.Too bad I can’t relay to you tone and inflection in a review. What I would have liked:A little concern and willingness to help.Attitude is everything. A simple statement like “we will try to get him in as soon as possible” or “here is somewhere else that you can go that might be able to get him in”or “it may be best just to take him to an emergency clinic”. Anything….Thanks for nothing Foothills Animal Hospital
February 18 · Gabriella Garrisi-NevarezDr. Stacey Ryan is my absolute favorite vet. She's whip smart and loves pets to pieces. There's no one else I trust more with my pets. Thank you, Dr. Ryan! The facility is clean, and the staff is professional. The blood testing package I bought was also very reasonably priced.
August 12 · Teresa TraverseI’ve had great experiences with everyone! My dog made it another year around the Sun! Remember since Covid and with any pharmacy or even our drs it’s been crazy! They have personal lives too! Best facility with best staff! Dr Mac is my personal favorite! Even when I had to put my Bella down!!! All these drs I’ve seen and are good! Even with our cat- aka- Satan!Let's not Forget Milo!
