Choosing Banfield Pet Hospital in Tempe is a strategic decision for Arizona pet owners who prioritize proactive, comprehensive, and budget-friendly veterinary care. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We LOVED LOVED LOVED Marissa! Thank you so much for taking AMAZING care of Winston and keeping me updated with every single thing you were doing while he was back with you waiting for a stool sample. You made a very stressful week from Winston be way less stressful and really helped me understand what could be going on with that little guy!! Winston also LOVED you and that was so good for us to see. We would love to bring our Winston boy back to you :)!
September 05 · Emma JonesWe had such a wonderful experience at Banfield thanks to veterinary technician Marissa and veterinarian Dr. Monet! Our dog is fear reactive, and both of them were incredibly patient, warm, and calm throughout the visit. They walked us and our pup through two vaccine shots, helping her feel safe while also making my husband and me feel comfortable and supported. They took the time to educate us, showed so much empathy, and truly went above and beyond. By the end of the appointment, our dog was so relaxed she was licking Marissa’s face, which says it all! This is our second positive Google review for this location, and we are so grateful for their continued care and wanted to give them a well-deserved shout out!
August 28 · Makenna SasnettI'm very upset with Banfield. I have a claim in for Dechra for an adverse reaction of Veteryl that caused my furbaby tyo die. They asked Lee-Ann at Banfield-McClintock inTempe if they could give her a payment for me against for my claim and she said no. She said Banfield's policy says they can not do that. My baby died and We spent over $7,000 trying to save her and all Banfield had to do was accept a payment from Dechra and transfer it to us. Now we will have to get a lawyer or just be left for dead like out loving furbaby Joy.
October 13 · Connie ParraIf I could give 0 stars I would. It’s difficult to get an appointment, they’re normally behind so you’ll have to wait some time after your appointment was scheduled. Ive had 2 instances now where they scheduled me for a vaccine and told me DURING the appointment that they are out of stock(still had to pay for the office visit). They have your pet seen by the Dr in the back but the Dr has not come out to talk to me at any point during my appointments, it’s just the vet tech and depending on the location they are not kind. I recommend doing the “puppy plan” for only a year to get all the vaccines and spay/neuter, then find somewhere better because afterwards the plan isn’t worth it.
September 15 · Sandra KI brought my cats here and I am so happy I did!! Everyone was great! The vet, the vet techs were great!! Lee-Ann the Practice Manager is so awesome!! They were very caring and compassionate and very knowledgeable! This is where I will be taking my cats for now on!!Leon R.
