★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. Gifford and the staff at Primary Pet Care made every consideration for my dog's surgery. Everyone went above and beyond to reduce his anxiety and provide a welcome environment. All my questions were answered, and cost was very reasonable. I appreciate that Primary Pet Care is locally owned (by Dr. Gifford). Thank you.
August 22 · Linda BackerWe’ve been bringing our 2 dogs to Dr. Gifford and his staff for several years now and we couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service and care that we receive there. Highly, highly recommend this Vet practice! Dr. Gifford always makes plenty of time to discuss our pets and their needs and is super kind, professional, and genuine in every respect. The staff is likewise, and unlike at some businesses, they’ve been with Primary Pet Care on-going; you won’t see a “revolving door of different faces” here. Thanks to all of the employees at this facility, we feel like our “kids” are always, always, in the best possible hands where their medical needs are concerned. 8 paws, & 4 thumbs up. :)
August 07 · Melanie DetharidgeDr.Gifford and EVERY SINGLE staff member is wonderful. They have all taken very good care of our pets. They go above and beyond in caring about our pets health and well- being. I can not recommend this office enough.
August 22 · Stephanie BettsI adopted Bucky, my first dog ever, in October of 2022. I chose Primary Pet Care simply by location. I remember I went in first to meet the staff and look around. I was so impressed on that first day and that first impression has proven true over and over. Dr. Gifford and his team are incredible. Bucky has received care for routine things, strange allergies and two injuries so far and every single time I leave I am so happy with the quality of care and the kindness of the people. Dr. Gifford and the Primary Pet Care team have become part of our extended family and they treat us the same. I cannot recommend these folks enough! (And the real proof is how much Bucky likes and trusts Dr. Gifford. Dogs know these things.)
