Dreamy Draw Cat Hospital is designed to be that haven, operating as an exclusive, cat-only veterinary facility. This specialization means the entire environment—from the waiting room to the exam tables—is meticulously crafted to reduce the anxiety commonly associated with vet visits for cats, eliminating the sights, sounds, and smells of dogs and other animals that can trigger fear in felines.
The clinic is defined by its deep commitment to treating cats as unique patients with specific medical and psychological needs. The staff, including veterinarians like the highly praised Dr. Heather, are described by clients as "TRUE cat lovers" who are not only professionally committed but also deeply empathetic. This passion translates into a patient experience where care is unhurried, thorough, and highly personalized. Customers appreciate the conversational approach of the staff, who are eager to discuss everything from routine health to specific behavioral patterns, making the cat feel "like the best little guy in town."
Dreamy Draw Cat Hospital offers comprehensive services that span a cat's entire life, from kittenhood through senior care. Their focus is on building long-term relationships and practicing high-quality medicine with compassion. While some clients have noted minor operational delays, such as a wait for an appointment or a delay in processing pet insurance paperwork, these issues are often attributed to the staff's commitment to thoroughness and dedication to each patient, rather than a lack of care. Overall, the atmosphere is noted as "comfy" and the medical advice and resulting care for pets are consistently reviewed as excellent.
Dreamy Draw Cat Hospital is conveniently situated in a central location within Phoenix, making it easily accessible for a wide base of feline clients across the Valley. The hospital's precise address is 1617 E Bethany Home Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85016, USA. This placement on Bethany Home Road puts it near major thoroughfares and makes it a practical choice for residents living in or commuting through Central Phoenix, particularly those near the Biltmore and Arcadia areas.
The convenience of the location is paired with practical amenities designed to make the experience smooth for both the cat and the owner. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1What an amazing and committed staff of TRUE cat lovers! Dr Heather is a gem, so kind and conversational and made me and my little Mr. Meatball feel totally relaxed even for his first vet visit. No rushed feeling at all, she and her assistant were more than happy to discuss behaviors, share pictures/videos, and make my cat feel like the best little guy in town. There was a little bit of a delay in getting into my appointment, but I know this is just a result of how thorough they are so I can’t complain. Lots of reading material and refreshments available in the waiting room, as well as toys and treats to keep the kitties entertained!
April 22 · Kelly Carrera-HollandLove the vet and all the others! Super nice people and comfy building. Vet gave great advice and medication for my baby girl and she’s been doing well since! (Pictured: baby girl conked out after a long day meeting people at Dreamy Draw)Only complaint is it took them about 3 phone calls and a month to send me a paper needed for my pets insurance.
November 03 · Kody HernandezMy cat is not a good patient and Dr. Oyan and assistant, Liz, made every effort to examine her thoroughly and were extremely successful. I highly recommend DDCH.
April 23 · Kathryn GilmanI have been bringing my cats here for over 10 years and Dr. Oyan is by far the best vet I have ever been to. The fact that this is a cat-only vet means that all the staff loves cats. I have been to other, larger, practices and had vets that clearly didn't read my cats body language or seemed to care. Dr. Oyan and her staff LOVE cats and their hearts and souls are fully engaged in what they do.Its a one vet practice, so sometimes they run late and if its gonna bother you that your appointment may be delayed a little you should probably go somewhere else.Dr Oyan helped me care for my very old cat until she passed at age 25 - including regulating blood pressure, treat her detached retinas (she re-regained vision)and taught me how to administer subcutaneous fluid to her at home. She has also treated my two 11-year old cats since I got them as very young kittens, as well as our 5 year old since we got him at 5 weeks (stray). She has extracted bad teeth, removed rumors, diagnosed and treated parasites on my cats. She is not only knowledgable, but truly interested in the well being of the cats in her care, and a very loving person. We have since moved out to the far east valley but I still drive all the way into see Dr. Oyan for all my cats wellness care.
November 16 · Felicia BrenoeDr. O is the BEST! We took our semi feral cat in to be seen. Our cat completely relaxed around her and allowed Dr. O to give her a full exam even let her touch her mouth, which we cantt even do with our cat! Dr. O was able to find out what was causing our cat's pain and the remedy was reasonable, in the best interest of our cat, and more than fair price. I can't believe doctor O has been there for almost 20 years and we just found her now. So grateful we DID find her!
