★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Took my kitten in for her first vaccines and Dr. Segura found she also had an ear infection! The whole visit was wonderful from start to finish and the first visit for the little one was so positive! Excellent care and as you can see, she’s sleeping soundly! Thank you to everyone at Durango Small Animal!
September 12 · Lauren GrabowskaI took my Australian Shepherd dog to Tatiana for vaccinations and a checkup in Buckeye Arizona. She was so caring and gave me tips on how to care for my dog’s dental care and told me to keep and eye on his back since he seems to be tender (he’s a big dog and jumps on and off our bed). We have never had a veterinary give us tips on what to watch out for on our dogs; this is important to me because our dogs can’t communicate to us so we rely on our vet to tell us what to watch out for. It’s apparent Dr Tatiana cares. I highly recommend Durango Small Animal Veterinary Clinic for dogs and cats. I will definitely come back.
May 30 · Olimpia GarnerMilo LOVED his appointment with Dr. Segura 💗 he got a microchip and his yearly vaccines 💉 he didn’t even feel the poke, and that’s because of the cat-friendly way of working they have. He was so happy eating his churu that he barely noticed the thermometer in his butt 😅. Dani and Kendra were super nice as well. They even had a catnip essence for my cat to be happy ☺️. The reception has a cat waiting area that allows cats to wait in a stress-free / dog-free place. I recommend 10/10 this place for all your 4 legged kiddos 🐶🐱
May 30 · Omeira Lacarra BadillaI was referred to this vet clinic by one of my neighbors. Took my first dog in as we were relocating here from another state and needed to keep our smallest dog on a medication for an enlarged heart. I explained to them the number of feral colonies I took care of in Florida and paid for their medical bills. I did not want a vet that was going to upsell me and charge me for a lot of unnecessary items. I said do not take my love for my pets as a free cash register for you and that’s exactly what they’ve done. My second dog went in and pulled a ligament in his leg or pulled muscle had the visit they gave him a medication with a refill. I come back to get the refill and the refill is 40% higher than I just paid seven days ago for the same product Dani appears to be the one driving the cash cow here do not trust this place do not trust her. There are a lot better places to go to, they will take advantage of you here and I am proof of that when she gave me the price of the prescription, I said, I will just take it to chewy. She says we don’t use chewy we’ll have to give you a handwritten prescription, now they know I’m going out of town and my wife had emergency surgery at a local hospital here in Arizona. They tell me I can pick it up Monday. I have to leave town and my wife is in the hospital. These people could care less about my time or my problems that I’m going through with my spouse all they care about is their dollars, they earned a one star review from me This place is crooked as they come stay far away from them. I also had a quote for a surgery for a growth in the mouth of my little dog. The number was staggering so I called a few other clinics to see what the same procedure would be and the number is over a thousand less. As I am writing this review I get a call from the clinic and I made sure there is nothing they are going to say to me that will stop me from writing a review about this corrupt clinic. At least they said I could pick up the prescription Dani tried to rip me off on. I hope this review will save others from dealing with this don’t care attitude all for big profit vet clinic. They will do exactly this they will take the love of your pet and translate that to bigger profit for themselves. The ironic part is, I stated that exactly when I started with them as my vet, but I guess they wanted to push the envelope and see, well now we will let all my followers see. Also the vet now calls me and says the prescription was for more than the original dose I was given, good way to try to cover for your staff, and that being the case why would you have given such a lower amount at the beginning knowing how long my dog was going to need this medication? A lot of questions that I shouldn’t have to be asking.
May 30 · Lloyd HemenwayDr. Segura is very caring, knowledgeable and professional. Her staff is very friendly. The clinic is so clean and welcoming and the prices are very reasonable. She will definitely continue seeing our two cats and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent veterinarian for their dogs or cats.
