★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Called to ask for a second opinion on carcinoma in my horses mouth prior to euthanization and the woman working the phone was very rude. She continued to ask for my credit card, showed zero sympathy and then told me the vet was on their way to euthanize when that’s not what I asked. I’m not sure if the vet is a good vet but the woman working the phone/front desk should be fired and is not contributing to clientele.
December 26 · Katelyn LaneCannot comprehend the level of unprofessionalism in this place. TAKE NOTE, that there are suddenly new reviews applauding the two-face that is Sarah Escaro. Those are there to try to cover up her nasty behavior. They are trying to cover for a horrible employee and honestly seem to think she is worth their reputation... it's telling of the company. I am sure the other doctors are fine but, they want to chose her over their reputation. Oh well! The horse social groups im in online are discussing this currently and making sure to inform locals.. And they are private so this won't be buried. They will probably try to take this review down, but I will be keeping record of that. After all it is just more proof of the coverup. Hope they handle it properly ..
December 17 · Macy Ann AllenThey are amazing! Saw them on emergency colic with my 8 month old colt. We were unable to afford surgery, but Dr. Brown and staff hospitalized him amd treated with fluids and pain management. They had the impacted stool passing the first night and we decided to keep him there for observations another night. They worked with us financially and gave us updates when request. Would definitely use again if we ever need an emergency vet again! They are wonderful!!
January 20 · Kassie HillI am so grateful for the staff at Hagyard! My gelding needed a stifle screw. Surgery went well and he is recovering at home now. Everyone I came in contact with was so kind to us. From the office, to pharmacy, to the staff in the barns taking care of the horses- everyone greeted us with smiles and kind words. My horse was treated like royalty and I was very comfortable leaving him there for a couple nights. Thank you, Hagyard!
August 18 · Avery WiersemaHad an amazing experience at Hagyard today. They were wonderful!!!!!! We have an amazing trail horse, but she wasn't nearly as well bred as the horses standing in the barn with her. We were on a budget and they not only found ways to help us get the answers we needed, but treated is like people, encouraging our questions. I can't say enough about how good they were to us, our horse, and the little girl who loves her.
