★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This is the best vet I've ever been to. They were able to get me into an appointment within 2 days, expertly examined my dog and found that she had contracted a virus. She felt better after a round of some meds and a bland diet after about a week of treatment. The total was around $250.After being a loyal customer to Banfield Pet Hospital for over 4 years, I stopped into to a Banfield, saw no vet and minimally explained the issue, & was quoted $1.3k for several tests. I left, was charged $75 for nothing. I was being scammed by Banfield and needed my dog to get the care she deserved. That's when I found West valley animal hospital out of recommendation from my bf.My dog is 100% better and it's thanks to this vet. Thank you for having such a friendly and personal receptionist, passionate vet techs and a knowledgeable vet who actually speaks to patients owners. Thanks for putting people and pets first!
October 01 · Alexia IsaisThis is the best vet in AZ. The staff up front is so friendly and welcoming. The technician is an angel the way she talks and interacts with my kitties makes me feel so safe for them. You can tell she’s passionate about animals and wanting to keep them healthy and safe. Dr Cromer is so professional and sweet. They always take care of us and our fur babies so well. They explain all medicine throughly and make sure you understand. The building is always clean and they do so well with scheduling it is never packed and there is never a long wait. I like how small it is as a person that deals with anxiety.I’ve tried many vets in the valley and they all have long waits are overly packed and the staff is unwelcoming and condescending.I am so happy to have found Valley West Animal Hospital as they are now my forever vet choice.Thank you Dr Cromer and staff. Keep up the great work and service!Forever a loyal customer :)
June 09 · lucy meerI'm so grateful 2 have found a place that cares 4 my beloved Travis's healrh. I've trusted the Doc & her staff for over 10 yrs in their skills & concerns 4 the well being of Travis. Yes, I know that vet costs have gone up so much these days, but the quality of their expertise & their affection 4 the animals in their care only gets better! One can pay their bill with confidence knowing that their loved one has been seen, evaluated & treated by a doctor who knows her craft & applys her wisedom & genuine concern on their beloved fur baby. Even tho I've relocated 40 mins away from Phx, & have had the opportunity 2 go somewhere else, I STILL drive the long distance 2 take my fur baby back each time he needs 2 be seen by the Doc, she has gained my trust over the years. Her place of business is small, cozy & clean, no fancy furniture nor fancy ofc equipment nor a cold, stern environment. It contains a wonderful, friendly staff with genuine smiles who like what they R doing at their jobs. I'm happy 2 give a good report for the Valley West Animal Hospital, I should have done so many years ago. Thx u, Doc, for all the years u & yur staff have cared 4 my lil Travis & all the others fur babies u have cared 4 over the yrs.
June 22 · Adora K.horrible experience neutering our kitten. there were “complications” during surgery, and when they called to tell us, they went on for minutes before saying “he’s ok.” i literally thought he’d died for a brief time. then when we picked him up, he was absolutely covered in his own urine and feces - they’d just let him sit in his own filth all day long. these people are cruel and don’t know how to treat animals. i will say that the vet assistant was really nice though - she was the reason we came back for the neuter, but the vet herself is the reason we’ll never be back.
