★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My dog and I had an incredible experience with this new veterinary hospital in the neighborhood. I went in with my newly adopted dog who is a bit sensitive/reactive. They were so patient and kind. They worked through my dog's limits while giving us stellar customer service. They weren't rushing us out, they listened to our stories related to our new dog's health/journey, and they even invited us to do happy visits. We worked with his stress levels and indications while giving him space and trying to complete what we needed to do. We actually went in three days back to back to accommodate my pup. I have met two of the doctors, and I've met all of the technicians and receptionists -- everyone is absolutely fantastic! So knowledgable and curious about his history and very willing to coordinate with us. Loved that the receptionist came to us in the room to fulfill the payment, and the medication and paperwork were all delivered in a cute little blue bag like a present! It was so thoughtful. I'll be changing my other dog to this vet and establishing her as a patient as well. Their price points were also incredibly wonderful.
April 04 · Vivian PadillaI was referred to Northern Regional Veterinary by another Vet for my dog Mellie, who had a recurring cyst on her back that had ruptured. I feel so lucky that I was. The experience I had with this place was above and beyond any I’ve had elsewhere with either of my dogs. From start to finish, they were professional, kind and patient. Mellie was terrified at first, didn’t want to cooperate to be examined. Dr. Darius Starks came in and spent the time with us- imparting knowledge and educating me on various things about my dog that I found so helpful. He earned Mellie’s trust very quickly. Sarah, the tech we worked with, was also incredibly kind and patient. They arranged for us to come back the same afternoon for a second attempt so as not put my dog under too much distress, and that was a much better option/outcome.These people clearly LOVE the animals that come in and WANT to help. At no point did it feel transactional- like every other place I’ve been to. I also want to comment on the cleanliness and size of the facility, which also impressed me.Lastly, the other thing that really blew me away is that I wasn’t price gouged for the procedure. I was nervous at what the cost would be but it was beyond reasonable and affordable. For the future surgery, they explained they have payment plans they can do and that wouldn’t be a problem either. All this demonstrates their dedication and commitment even more. Their primary focus and concern centers around these pets and I’m just so grateful I found them. Such a blessing and a gift to our community. Thank you so so so so much!!! ❤️I hope this place receives all the success it so justly deserves. I plan on bringing both of my fur babies here from on and I highly recommend anyone else to do the same.
June 24 · Jacqueline CaparcoI am very greatful and lucky to have come across Northern Regional Veterinary Hospital. They were extremely welcoming and caring for our dog Firu. They kept great communication and offered options alongs Firus recovery. I highly recommend.
June 10 · Kim PatinoThe doctor and staff handled my dog's eye problems with compassion and care well beyond what I had expected. They took extra care and time to make sure that she was safe and had a pleasant experience. The cost to my surprise was very affordable compared to most clinics and they got me in same day with no hidden surprise fee. I highly recommend this clinic for its professionalism and courtesy not to mention their knowledge and thorough approach to finding easy solutions to complex and sometimes difficult medical needs of pets .
May 02 · Michelle Lynn KittredgeI had an exceptional experience at this veterinary clinic. Their services are very reasonably priced—Oreo’s exam was just $50, and the prescribed medication was also affordable. The veterinarian was extremely knowledgeable, providing thorough verbal explanations as well as printed research materials for me to review at home.He took the time to answer all of my questions—even anticipating some before I had the chance to ask—which really helped ease my anxiety. His reassuring demeanor and clear communication made a significant difference during our visit. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The clinic was not overcrowded, and I appreciated how efficiently we were seen and cared for. I highly recommend this veterinary practice to any pet owner looking for compassionate, professional, and affordable care.
