★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Nobody likes to have to go to the vet because of an emergency but I had to for this visit. I thought my dog had broke or dislocated her front leg because she would scream when touched her and she was limping. I feared all the things had happened to her. She's a chiweenie so iykyk. We went here because it's where our vets voicemail told us to go. I couldn't have been more satisfied with our care. They were really apologetic for taking so long but they had a lot of traumas and emergencies come through. The check in was really fast. They were sweet, kind, and understanding of my fears. They just loved on her like she was the only animal they had to see that night. She usually doesn't like to go with people if she doesn't have to but she loved on them like they were best friends. If you have an emergency I suggest going to see them.
September 03 · ShobaMy service dog is my heart. She’s been by my side through everything, especially after my time in Iraq and Afghanistan. When she suddenly collapsed and started shaking, I was terrified. I rushed her to Blue Pearl, and from the moment we walked in, the team was incredibly understanding, kind, responsive and reassuring. The front desk staff was compassionate, responsive, and went out of their way to accommodate us. The technicians kept me informed every step of the way and showed genuine empathy for my situation, their support went above and beyond.Dr. Turner was absolutely amazing, brilliant, highly knowledgeable, and deeply caring. She clearly explained my dog’s symptoms, discussed the best course of action, and instantly earned my complete trust. Her professionalism, kindness, and compassion exceeded all my expectations for an emergency vet visit. Thanks to the entire team, my beloved companion received outstanding care. I’m so grateful for all of you! 🙏
June 22 · Joseph SmithWhen our 9 year old German Shepherd, Malaky, collapsed early in the morning last week, we knew he wouldn’t be able to make it until our regular vet opened at 9:00. I called on the way and they were waiting for him in the lobby when we pulled up. The vet tech Ben immediately started asking me questions and walked him back right away. I was in shock and heartbroken when Dr. Walter came out just a few minutes later to tell me his spleen had ruptured and he was dying. Losing a dog so suddenly is one of the most devastating things we have ever gone through. Both Ben, Tracy and Dr. Walter were so kind and loving during the very traumatic and heartbreaking process. I’m thankful that they were able yo get us in right away and make his last moments pain free.
April 24 · Chelsea BoyleThe best place to send your pet. You can tell that they all really care about the animals in their care and their overall well-being. I took my dog here late at night for parvo and they were so kind and reassuring. And they did so well with her, she’s better now, actually playing and eating and drinking water, the medicines are working and she’s slowly getting to be herself again. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who asked, genuinely the kindest people I’ve ever interacted with at a vet.
October 13 · Jeanelle HendersonI took my baby to BluePearl because he got into the garbage and ate aluminum foil from where I cooked Salmon. He was having some bleeding, fatigue, and panting. When we walked in the staff greeted us with kindness. My dog was whining because he wanted to see the lady behind the desk, she came from behind the desk to greet him. We filled out paperwork and only had to wait about 5 minutes before getting a room. We were offered drinks and a snack while we wait which wasn't long at all. They put us in a room, a very kind tech came in loved on my dog who she had never seen, without fear and with so much confidence, triaged us and took my dog back to be evaluated. The doctor came in not long after, explained everything and gave us several options and her opinion on what she thought was best. She didn't try to make us pay and arm or a leg for wasteful test and blood work which every other place I've taken him has. She also sent the treatment that was done on my dog to his primary vet so they could continue taking care of him. My husband and I was so pleased we were wishing they could be his 2nd primary doctors because he does have a great primary. I am a nurse and sad to say my dog was treated better than we as humans are treated in the ER. I know the circumstances are different but the amount of kindness and patience from the staff was it for me. We were so pleased with this place I will never take him anywhere else if he have an event. If your pet baby or babies have trouble or trauma please take them there, you will feel so relieved that you did. Another thing we were not the only patients, there were three other ppl with their pets there getting help and others coming in even though it was late. I'm not saying you don't have to spend money because it is a Vet ER and it's not completely cheap, but it is reasonable from what I've had to spend at other vet hospitals plus you get good care for your pet. When your pet is a part of your family their care matters. This is a picture of my baby not feeling his energetic self while waiting on the doctor.Update 8/9/25: We followed all of the doctor's advice and the f/u with his doctors, 5 days later and the bleeding has stopped, he is eating, and almost back to himself. I can't say enough how please we are. If there were more stars to give we would. This is my baby back to himself and ready for the world.
